I came in as a walk in and had a great experience here. When I walked in I noticed how clean it was. I was greeted right away and was able to check myself in on their kiosk. That made things very easy. All I needed was a fill. I was lucky enough to get seated at Ariana's station! She's a cool chick. I let her know what look I was wanting to achieve and she helped me pick out a color that would get it . I just wanted a simple light pink with a white chrome on top. Walked in at 10:06 on Sunday morning (they open at 10:00 Sundays) and they were able to take me in right away. Had regular pedicure and callus remover. Friendly staff. No issues. Told the lady in advance that I had an ingrown on one of my toe and she took time on the specific toe making sure she was gentle and also making sure she got everything. Pedicure did not hurt at all. Got pedis with my yelp friend Ashley L. She recommended this salon and it did not disappoint. It is so clean and modern, very new feeling. Lots of pedicure chairs and colors to choose from. I'm basic white toes gal. Don't ask me why I can't explain it lol but white toes are my signature. Got the delux pedi with callus remover. The ladies doing our pedis were gentle and kind. My toes look perfect and evenly trimmed. Nice and relaxing salon to meet up with your girls and catch up. Only thing is I like when nail salons give you free champagne, mimosas or beverage of choice. 10/16/24 Overdue pedicure needed. Called early morning and Vicky was happy to take me with a short wait until she arrived. Got started relaxing with feet in bubbling water. She strives, greeted and got to it. Such a nice, calm atmosphere with music playing. Picked all glitter. Toes cleaned up and massaged. Really Great! Glittered and waited a little bit to dry. My expectations were high due to the area the salon is located in. I arrive on a late Saturday morning as a walk in. Compared to the number of chairs, the salon was at 20% occupancy and I was seated quickly. I asked for the spa mani/pedi with regular polish. My mani/pedi was done simultaneously and at the time I received my foot massage with polish, the manicurist went straight to adding nail polish to my hands, when asked if my hand would receive a hand polish with lotion, I was told yes after. I thought this odd since my nails would be wet. Less than 24 hours polish began to lift on nails. read more

The reviews took me to this nail shop, as I struggle to find a pedicure done correctly. I was so excited when they could fit me in quickly after calling over the phone. After arriving I was greeted and they talked for a few minutes before finding me a spot to sit, it was surprisingly empty for a weekend. The seats were comfortable, and the ambiance was really nice. Everyone was friendly during the entire visit. I always go for the cheapest option on my first visit, to see how well a basic pedicure turns out. They had several options and after tip I walked out paying a little over $60 bucks. The pedicure however did not meet the mark for me. Gel is fifteen dollars extra and less than two weeks after my pedicure it is already chipping on both big toes. The paint shows streaks and they did not clean up the skin around the toes well. They ripped off two of my fingernails while trying to remove my acrylics. Then lied and said it wasn't bleeding, when blood was dripping. THEN blamed it on me by saying I shouldn't remove them and should just get them redone/filled again. They barely apologized and didn't offer any discount. Wouldn't recommend this chop shop to anyone and won't be coming back. See photos of my half ripped fingernails after 4 days of healing TERRIBLE workers! I chose the regular spa package which was $36 and I got gel which I knew would be an up charge (fine with me). Anyway the man who did my toes did a good job but the massage did not feel like it was 5 minutes. I do really like my toes, but not sure how I ended up paying $63 when I chose the $36 package. I knew that there would be an extra charge for gel, but I was not anticipating for it to be almost $30? I have been a customer of Diane for approximately one year. Today, she filled my pink and white nails. I also had my gel toenail polish changed and 3 fills on my toes. I tipped both my nail tech and the tech that completed my toenails. When I went to the front desk to pay the price was higher than I usually pay. When I inquired as to the price I was advised that I had been given a pedicure. When I advised what services I had received, the owner told me the prices had increased. I ask why I wasn't I advised of the increased price, I was told I could look on the website for the prices. I explained to the owner that California law provides that prices be posted and also if the price has increased, it is the business' responsibility to advise customers prior to the service. As the discussion continued, an elderly woman yelled from the back of the salon for me to shut up. I asked her to mind her own business. She use the " F " word on numerous times to tell me to shut up. When I told her that her behavior could result in escalating the situation, I was reprimanded by the shop owner to leave her alone. I told the owner the right thing was to ask the lady to not interfere in the situation. This is the second incident where this salon has switched their prices. I no longer get pedicures because I was told my pedicure would be $47 and was charged $75. Today I refused to pay the nondisclosed higher price. I only paid the regular price I have always paid. Be careful getting services here you will be charged higher prices. I'm taking my business elsewhere and will definitely share my experience. read more

I asked for a fill with gel, polish, and an almond shape, and a French tip. The ladies agreed to do it, but they didn't tell me how much it was gonna cost and then they overcharged me. When I called on the phone, I was told that the Manny Petty I got would cost $58. They had called me in to getting gel polish for my services and didn't tell me how much extra it was going to cost. At the end instead of being $58 my total was $102. Never going back. read more
