David is AMAZING. He did my full set (acrylic) and shaped them exactly how i wanted. They look like my real nails (natural, like I asked). I literally chose to get a clear just so they could really look like my hails. The acrylic is perfect and not lumpy at all. I finally found a good nail salon in Fresno. He was also friendly, genuinely nice and gentle. My real nails arr thin so it usually us a painful experience for me. Not this time. Decided to try a new salon and I was genuinely happy with my visit today. I came around 1PM and they weren't busy, even though the parking lot was packed. They have you check in through a tablet which apparently has a point system?? I think that's insanely cool for a nail salon! The moment I checked in, I was seated under 2 minutes. Their service menu is straightforward and I thought the prices were reasonable. I had Nancy do my pedicure and she was very kind and made sure I was comfortable. She made sure my toes looked clean and pretty. I did ask for a regular pedicure, but I think the polish color I requested only had Gel, which I didn't mind. I'll be sure to be more vocal on requesting regular polish only next time. I was in and out under an hour, the service was amazing! I will definitely be back and request Nancy more! Overall excellent, quality, and efficient service. My appointment was at 10 am, and I had a mani gel plus 3 tips (3 broken nails). Was out by 11 am, and Chin was patient. She understood what I wanted and she delivered! For the three broken nails, she put both tips and builder gel to ensure the 3 nails don't pop off. I got my nails done on Sunday, 12/29, and during the service my finger was cut. I didn't think anything of it, as that happens, but then the day after my finger started stinging. As time progressed my finger became swollen and when squeezed, pus is coming out. The nail itself is on pretty well as these just got done so attempts at ripping it off have been painful. No shade to anyone working there specifically, but many little things could be improved. Pros: - Environment is clean and aesthetic - Seated and tended to quickly Cons - Poor color matching. Idk what color to pick. I get my nails done to get the time, attention, speed and recommendation of a professional. If you're cool toned you may be disappointed. - Lots of gossiping, talking about customers and laughing in native tongue, and just general subversive attitude. Let's be professional- I'm a paying customer. - Why can no one do a French tip? - Filing gel nails after curing. This makes noo sense. Now the gel will lift more quickly and the set won't last as long. This is so basic wtf - Takes forever (although faster than I can get my nails done) - Overexposure to light by curing every nail over and over again. Relax. - They say they offer drinks but that only happened once when they opened. It's disingenuous to continue to advertise this. It's because of places like this that I honestly do not enjoy getting my nails done. I can do my own nails at home and yes it takes me a long time, but at least I can get it done the way I want, in the comfort of my own home and even simple polish will last me almost or over 2 weeks. I wanted a simple gel pedicure and a tech was able to assist me right away. I believe her name is Julie. She was very polite and got to work right away. They had a great selection of pedi types, and lots of nail colors available. Pricing is great for the services they offer. It was very relaxing and the massage, hot towels and hot stones were felt incredible. I always felt sensitive about my feet, but Julie put me at ease and made my feet look and feel amazing. Just went for the first time 3/11/26 and had a great experience. I walked in mid afternoon and was immediately helped. I got a gel pedicure with Tran who did an amazing job and was super friendly. She cleaned up cuticles, did a scrub, a massage, and ended the service with hot towels (all under their basic pedicure package!). Clean, efficient, and friendly what more do you need! read more

I've been here a handful of times, they are in a great location by Trader Joe's in north fresno. Making an appointment on the app is easy, but will let you book services that the tech doesn't offer. I still like the convenience and will use the system next time I come here. You check in using your phone number upon entry and points off services can be earned through this system which is really cool. They have complimentary drinks, and everyone is very friendly. I came here awhile back for a pedicure, didn't love it but then returned for a gel manicure recently. It lasted almost two weeks before any major chipping so I was happy. I am very particular about the polish not looking uneven, with steaks in the light. This can be hit and miss. Manicure: 4 stars The pedicure has very uneven paint and there is polish on my skin. I can tell that the pedicure won't last very long just after leaving the shop. It's not fully covering the nail and the clean up was inadequate. Pedicure: 2 stars I'll return for a gel manicure for sure but probably not for a pedicure. They are most busy on Friday and Saturdays if you can avoid these days. read more

(not sure if that's the right name but i've noticed those last wayy longer) which i had asked for but i was like "it's whatever" but literally not even a day after a nail pops off so i go replace it and everything's fine but then most of them have came off now. i went to get one of the broken ones fixed with someone else but eventually gave up. they put the nail tips too at the edge of mine which is causing them to not last. i'm not upset cause i paid $93 just for them to fall off within a day. read more

My usual manicurist, Chin, was not in today. I was given Don for my manicure and Tracy for gel pedi. They both did an outstanding job! I keep my nails very short, but like a clean, nice light colored polish. I've found some people don't like doing short nails. Don was super pleasant, efficient, gracious and meticulous. Tracy was the same with my toes. I'll definitely request Tracy for pedi moving forward and will most definitely see Don if Chin is not available. All of them are fantastic. read more

Got here as a party of 3, service requested was one full set, one gel pedicure, and one gel mani/pedi. I got the full set and Tran did a wonderful job! I love love love my shape. She took her time and really made sure I liked the shape from the start before continuing. I usually get gel polish on my natural nails but as a nail biter () my nails were really short so I decided on a full set with longer length than I usual. We arrived upon opening at 9:30 am and I could tell there were a few usual clients there for appointments and were seated on time which is good to know. Business picked up steadily but I didn't feel rushed and was regularly checked on during my visit. I felt comfortable and welcomed.
