My photos don't do my nails justice, but I absolutely loved them and my experience at Neon. It was my first time there, but definitely not my last. I started with a brow and lip wax before my pedicure and full set. The technician was incredibly attentive, taking her time to ensure I was comfortable after every strip and making sure everything looked even. Then, it was time for my pedicure at my scheduled time with my friend. We enjoyed a refreshing mango juice while we were being serviced. The massage chairs were incredibly relaxing, and the overall atmosphere of the place was truly pleasant. The highlight of my experience was undoubtedly my full set nails. The technician took the time to carefully shape and perfect the gel polish, resulting in a stunning and long-lasting manicure.

Nikki and Rose did an amazing job with my manicure and pedicure! They were so attentive to detail, careful with the polish, and made my nails look and feel so fresh. You can really tell they take pride in their work. I left feeling like a princess! I'll definitely be back, highly recommend, 10/10!

I wanna start by thinking my pedicure tech HAU for giving me the best pedicure ever. I like the way he took his time to make sure my cuticles were clean, nail shape was perfect, and finished with an amazing foot rub! I definitely needed it. The place was calm and had great music. I highly recommend HAU!! I also had my nails done with Nicky. She did an extraordinary job on my full set of acrylic. Her almond shape is by far the best I've ever had. I highly recommend her if you would like acrylic almond nails. She took her time was very patient and had a very great and sentimental conversation. I truly appreciated it. I will definitely be back again.

I came in for a Gel-X fill and was really disappointed with the quality of the service. After filing my nails, the technician never brushed or cleaned the nail dust off before applying the gel polish. As a result, there is visible grit and debris trapped underneath the polish on multiple nails, leaving them looking rough instead of smooth. When I brought this up to the front desk lady, I was told that it was "normal" and that "every nail tech is different." While I understand that techniques may vary, basic nail prep--like removing filing dust before applying polish--should be standard. Being told this was normal instead of having my concerns addressed was frustrating. I expected better quality and customer service, especially for a professional Gel-X fill. Unfortunately, I left with nails that look poorly finished and didn't feel like my concerns were taken seriously. Based on this experience, I wouldn't return. read more

After being turned away and dismissed by other salons, I finally found Neon Nails and they delivered! I asked for an ombré on natural nails (no gel, no shellac), and they actually listened. They used an airbrush gun, and while it cost a little extra, it came out beautifully !! exactly what I wanted. The staff was professional, patient, and made sure I left happy. I appreciate when a salon takes the time to understand exactly what a client is asking for and follows through. I'll definitely be back! read more

The week of the event, I…read morecalled to modify just my massage because I was five weeks postpartum, dealing with a painful PUPPP rash and stitches in my back from a biopsy. I asked if there was any way to adjust my service, and I was told they would work with me and that the owner would call me that week to discuss a solution. On the day of the appointment, I received my facial (which was fine) and was told again that the owner would reach out soon to arrange something for the unused massage portion. But I never received a call. When I followed up afterward, I was told that because I booked in a group, they would not offer any accommodation--such as store credit or gift card--even after explaining my medical situation. Given that I personally spent $360 and our group spent around $1,800 including tip, I expected a basic level of compassion, especially for a postpartum mom with an ongoing medical issue. I wasn't looking for special treatment, just a reasonable accommodation for a service I physically could not receive. Unfortunately, the lack of empathy and unwillingness to work with me given my specific situation was deeply disappointing. I won't be returning, and I can't recommend this spa. Attached is a photo of what my back looked like the evening before the massage (mind you, this was all over my body).

There are small air bubbles or dots visible on every nail, and the shape of each nail seems slightly different and uneven. To be fair, I think the nail tech genuinely tried to shape them well, but the final result just wasn't what I expected. This is my third time giving this salon a chance, and each visit has left me feeling disappointed with what I paid for. The hard gel manicure was $60 for a basic color, and I'm honestly glad I didn't spend the additional $10-$15 for chrome or cat-eye designs. For the price, I was hoping for a much cleaner and more polished finish.

I've never had my nails professionally done before, especially since my natural nails are thin and prone to breaking, but after doing some research on dip powder and gel manicures and hearing good things from a coworker, I decided to try it out to see if l could finally have nice, strong nails. I called Neon Nails and they were able to get me in the same evening. l initially thought I wanted a gel manicure, but Ari took her time to inspect my nails and take my active lifestyle into consideration, and we ended up going for dip powder nails instead. Don't be deceived by their affordable prices (especially compared to other gel-focused salons around Fresno. I know there's A LOT) - Ari's work is immaculate! Her attention to detail was evident through how carefully she shaped my nails, making sure they were all the same shape and length, and that the opacity of the dip powder was even. She made sure to file the hardened powder into a natural thickness as well, which I really appreciated because goopy dip powder was one of my fears with getting my nails done. My manicure lasted a month with absolutely no breaking, chipping, or visible damage, and my nails have never felt stronger. My nails have grown out nicely (and longer than ever before), I've been back to Neon Nails since, and will continue to go back to Ari since there's no other salon l'd trust my nails with. The colorful young woman working at the front desk and phones is also incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. She always wears a smile on her face when I go in. These ladies and gentlemen are always doing their 110% to make sure their clients are happy and over the moon with their services. I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years and this is the only place I plan on going as long as I'm here in the valley. The ambiance is absolutely beautiful, everyone is friendly and everyone has a smile on their face. I appreciate the staff doing their best to be flexible with me changing my mind last minute about an add on classic neon pedicure. Everyone was working extra hard with Christmas around the corner!! This is my third time coming here, and I can honestly say I'll keep coming back! The first time I came, they gave me some cuticle oil for being my first time, and I absolutely loved it. I used it every day! One of the biggest reasons I keep returning is that they're open on Sundays, which is so convenient, but I came on a Saturday and Wendy absolutely killed it with my Cat Eye nails for thee summer....such a beautiful look! and Melinda did an amazing job on my pedicure. They both paid attention to every detail, and I left feeling so happy. If you're looking for a nail salon with great service and talented nail techs, I definitely recommend checking them out. I always have an amazing pedicure experience with Hau, and I can't recommend him enough! He is incredibly thorough in every step, taking his time to ensure everything is perfect. The service here was terrible i asked for a just a standard one color fill which is priced at 45$ and when i went to check out they were charging 51$ for shaping that i didnt ask for, i just got the same fill and then when i asked why he didn't tell me they charge extra he yelled to the whole salon that no one else here asks about their up charges and that is this my first time getting nails done. I said it not about the money it's about being transparent you are going to charge more when i didn't ask for a new or different shape.
