The winter rental we are staying in is simple. It has a living room and two bedrooms. In the summer it sleep up to six people if you use the pull out couch. I know they also has a first floor one bedroom unit with a king size bed, a very small efficiency also with a king size bed, and at least two other apartments. There is laundry on site for a fee and off street parking. Overall, a great short term, fully furnished, rental location.

It's only steps to one of the most beautiful beaches in the northeast, and the oceanview from the screened-in porch is simply stunning. The house is light and bright and yet still very cozy. It's tastefully decorated with a beach theme and the kitchen is newly redone. It has a huge wrap around porch that is the perfect place to relax and unwind and listen to the sound of the waves. We lived there for ten months and literally walked our dog on the beach every single day...even in the snow! Aside from the house and location being exceptional, the landlords are wonderful and make sure everything is taken care of during your stay. I'm not sure if it was due to Covid but they do not offer housekeeping during your stay so just an FYI. However they were more than willing to swap out beach towels and bath towels as often as we needed. We will Absolutley be back! And do yourself a favor and venture out for dinners - the Landmark restaurant right across from this hotel is the only good spot to eat in OOB. Was also going to make a weekend of it for the three of us. AOS was perfect! Just off the beaten path from the center of OOB and activities, but also only a few minutes walk to all of it. Very clean and updated suite. Very comfortable, had a kitchen, separate bedroom, and seating area. Would be great for an extended stay, though we are only there two nights. The manager was EXTREMELY helpful and friendly - even accommodating us on our late check in. She asked we simply knock on her door when we got in (even if it meant waking her). We also could check ourselves in and do paperwork the next day if necessary. I would definitely return, and bring the family. Great stay!
