The next month I was charged 99$, because they "misinterpreted" my quitting for downgrading to just classes. They told me they'd issue a refund, but the refund didn't come for a month, and rather, on the 1st of the following month, they charged me an additional 499$ out of additional confusion, because Discontinuing is easily confusable with signing up for classes and more personal training sessions. No apology from billing crew. These people will fake any excuse to take your money, so make sure if you are training with them, you watch and ensure that the appropriate amount is being taken out of your account each month, because it took them 2+ months to refund me, and that was the result of getting the Credit card company involved. Overall, there are better fitness/personal training centers. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone because of the great pains it took to ensure I wasn't charged for something I didn't participate in. Hugely disappointed.

They promised me a pass until 12/31 and then when I came in person they didn't let me said only for one day. Then they didn't let me make the class they had to have a rude conversation about me first and and held me up telling me all the reasons I need to only had to have one day and I had to sign up today. Also personal trainer never returned my calls when I was a member to schedule me for my supposed included session.
