I was stuck with a drain issue at one of my rentals in Kent on off hours and the guy I've used in the past was not responding any longer. I called Allen drain and they were friendly, responsive, and fit me in quickly. The workers that came out were knowledgeable and got the issue corrected promptly. Their pricing was way more affordable than expected (less than the independent guys I've used in the past). I'm never calling anyone else for drain problems. I've used them several times now (drain issues are inevitable with 4 units full of college renters) and been happy every time. I called them out once and it ended up not being a drain issue - they let me know what the problem was and didn't charge me for the false alarm. They also have a warranty of sorts and will come back at no charge if the drain clogs again within a certain amount of time (I believe 30 days). The customer service is outstanding. This is the company you want to deal with.

While the weeds were removed, the work was not performed professionally: * Large chunks of concrete/stone were left mixed into the gravel. A large pile of debris was also left in my drive. * The edges were ragged and uneven. * Deep equipment ruts and drag marks were never graded out leaving long, tall humps of gravel. I posted a picture of his work on Facebook, and he blocked me. A picture of HIS OWN WORK. When I left a voicemail requesting a resolution, Chris returned my call. Instead of discussing the work, he cursed at me, called me a "dumb effing bitch", told me he "doesn't care what I think," and said to "sue him." When I asked him to please be professional, he said, "I'm a construction worker, not a professional." Clearly. No homeowner should be treated this way when they raise concerns about workmanship. I cannot recommend this company based on both the quality of the work and the unprofessional conduct I experienced. Chris texted me. Repeatedly called me trash and a low life. He kept insisting that we hadn't paid him, clearly an effort to bolster his defense in the event of a lawsuit. I've also attached a picture of him agreeing to send a receipt.
