I found Alta dental online when I got as searching for dentist offices accepting my insurance, ( Medicaid) they were able to take me in that same week, originally a cleaning but unable to follow through due to sensitivity and they went ahead and called my insurance (meridian health) and got me approved for the deep cleaning and got that done today. I have to say the ambiance: amazing Cleanliness/friendliness: 5 stars Patient care: 10/10 received reassurance from dentist and dental assistant to make sure I was okay throughout the whole process. Coming back in next week for my follow up to polish and fill a few cavities but I am soooooo beyond grateful to Alta dental, it been years since I smiled and showed my teeth, always have been self conscious about it and they are helping me get it back and better than ever

The bill wasnt that high and i paid for it the next visit. Never received any other forms of warnings or letters, no emails on the matter nothing. Between the last appointment and this bill Ive had emails about visits scheduled (multiple) which i had cancelling those ahead of time. So i will be disputing this and going somewhere else from now on. Edit: they reached out the same day I want to make this review a 5 star. As the situation resolves i will gladly change what i said about this place. I do like it but I'm not happy with the random overdue bill.

He has a laid back personality and is not overly talky like some other dentists I've had in the past, but friendly.

Due to the root shape and brittle-ness of the tooth, my general dentist didn't want to touch it. I called Dr. Familaro's office and they got me in super quick. The staff was attentive and warm. They made me feel comfortable and were quite personable. They went over all the options for treatment and explained the cost and requirements. They even did their best to low-key steer me away from unnecessary expenses, like anesthesia. The office is spotless and they take all precautions, from immediate hand sanitizer to fist bumps. Doctor Bob is kind and friendly, like hanging out with your cool uncle at a family gathering. He had my "difficult" extraction out in no time and explained all the post extraction stuff I would need to pay attention to. The staff even called me to check in a few days later! If you need work done, you owe it to yourself to get it done by doctor Bob. You won't be disappointed.

I was in fear that the pain would only worsen into a horror story and asked my family for a reference. They all spoke very highly of Dr. Gannon's practice that has been in operation for nearly forty years. Late in the afternoon, I was able to schedule an appointment for 8 a.m. the next morning. I arrived the next morning and was taken care of immediately. Dr. Nellie Gannon took care of me along with her colleague (dental hygienist) who took x-rays to discover the good news, my teeth were not broken and didn't need a root canal.
