My former dentist retired after 40 years. The people that took over said they wanted to keep me - since I have been there for almost 40 years. When I went to keep my appointment - the Doctor refused me and was very rude and told me to leave!!! I searched for a new dentist - I picked Gentle Touch Dentistry - and I am so HAPPY I did. The warmth of walking in and being greeted was much appreciated. i had the pleasure of Dr. Karolina Mnisszak. Dr. Karolina was very informative with me and I felt like I knew her all along. Went in for a check up (my prior dentist retired during Covid) had a cavity I didn't even know I had, a simple cavity filling I been in pain ever since the appointment, and they are continually trying to send me a bill for the appointment in which caused pain when there was none before. If i could give negative stars, I would. Ridiculous. Rude receptionist as well. read more

This place is a joke. I had a cavity filled on a tooth that wasn't even hurting prior to the visit. The next day when I woke up and could feel my face again the pain was unbearable. I I called the office and was told that it most likely needs a root canal and that they'll refer me to a specialist because they don't even do root canals. Not only did THEY mess up my tooth and hit the nerve where my perfectly healthy tooth now needed a root canal, they refused to fix it themselves. I asked to speak to the doctor herself but all I got was the rude receptionist call me and pretty much tell me too bad. It'll cost me 265 dollars at the specialist to fix a tooth that gentle touch dentistry ruined. Stay away from this place. read more

Dr. Dederowski is the best dentist I have ever gone to, I wish I had found Gentle Touch Dentistry sooner! Not only is she very knowledgeable and professional, she is kind and easy to have a conversation with. She explains everything in detail about what is going on, and what the plan will be. Thank you again doctor for my implant. Everything went smooth, no complications, and not only does it feel great, my teeth look amazing. Also, the staff at the office are kind and very friendly. Professional all the way. Modern clinic with great personnel . Actually that was my first office that I didn't have to wait for scheduled appointment . Had root canal done fast and painless. Over the years I have been to no less then five dentists who to me felt like they did good work until I had a new awaking moment with my first visit to Gentle Touch. My appointment began on time which is a treat as most places I find myself reading the Town & Country magazine from cover to cover before my name is called. I appreciate places of business that stay on schedule as everyone has things to do and places to go. Begining a business owner myself I realize how important others people's time is. After introductions Dr. Beata began her consultation as to why I had teeth issues. We discussed mutual goals for proper treatment as it was discovered that previous dentists were most likely taking shortcuts and using outdated materiials and equipment. Her team has an amazing hygienist named Barbara who hands down was the best I had ever had as she had great attention to details and took pride in her work. The office is really modern , clean, and the staff was professional to match the experience that I had that first day . I believe in the entire team's work so much that I am willing to drive out of my way an hour to get that Gentle Touch feeling. read more
