That is not something that should be discussed in front of other patients in the waiting room, nor should she be on personal phone calls while patients are in the waiting room. My young son who has been a patient there since he was 3 was anxious about some dental work and clearly the dentist had no patience that day. He called my son names and then sent us home after he already started to drill a tooth. This is the most unprofessional treatment I've received ever by someone in the "medical" field. My son didn't deserve to be treated that way.

Underwent a routine deep cleaning less than a month ago at Orland Square Dental and hygienist broke…read moreinstrument tip off deep in my gums. OSD could not retrieve fragment even after multiple attempts by both hygienist and Dr. Doebler. OSD referred me to periodontist friend who also tried repeatedly but could not remove fragment without removing # 15 molar which fragment is lodged under, causing further dental complications for me. Through communication from periodontist's office, OSD is offering to pay for the removal of the molar tooth but not complications resulting from the removal which is only necessitated by OSD's failures. I now need to file lawsuit and a complaint against licensed dentist(s) w IL Dept of Professional Regulation in an effort to rectify the situation brought on only by actions or inactions of Orland Square Dental. I personally cannot not recommend this organization. I have given OSD multiple opportunities to do the right thing but have been left disappointed. I have spent hours in pain and the dental chair in an effort to retrieve an instrument fragment that OSD broke in my tooth. I had no part in causing this nightmare. I am sure I would not be in this situation but for Orland Square Dental's failures.

I explained the sittuation and what was supposed to be done and she hands me a bill saying I had to pay 500 up front which is fine but I already notified them I would be able to pay it on the next payday, she just said sorry we cant do anything for you until we get that down payment, mind you im telling her that they are just supposed to finish the work they started last week and that I've been walking around for 7 days with a drilled open tooth and exposed nerve , and she just says sorry they couldnt help me . I speak from an accumulation of experiences with other physicians and dentists. My first dentist was Dr. Whoeride who came with the highest recommendation at my workplace. He was excellent. However, he retired and my journey began to replace him. In moving around, I stumbled upon dentist after dentist who did not meet the Whoeride standard until I visited Dr. Yeung. The dental work is top notch. From the examinations to the cleanings, to the dental work, the work is excellent. And he is very patient and thorough. He examines all the teeth each time. His staff is excellent. One of his staff sculpted a masterpiece temporary cap. The permanent cap fitted like a snap button. Experience with a prior dentist did not come close. Reminders - Dr. Yeung's office sends several messages to remind me of an upcoming appointment. I highly appreciate the reminders because I can be forgetful. Sometimes a long winding road to find the right physician gives clarity to what excellent is.

He has a laid back personality and is not overly talky like some other dentists I've had in the past, but friendly.

4/10/26: Horrible experience! Went in for 3 extraction and a partial implant. I had already…read moreexplained prior to this visit I have great anxiety when it comes to dental work. Had 3 extractions done just to find out the partial had an extra tooth in the back so it was very uncomfortable. Like why would you add an extra tooth to the partial on one side but not the other if it wasn't supposed to be there in the first place. After several attempts of Dr. Gregory Den trying to adjust the partial he still failed to make it comfortable. Then once I left the office and tried to send my niece back inside because I was so upset that I spent a lot of money to have this procedure done and I was not satisfied. I wanted to ensure my prescriptions had been ordered for pain/antibiotic and I believed I may have dropped my sunglasses while inside. They immediately locked the door behind me and refused to take my calls after multiple attempts. Not only that, he admitted they over charged me for the procedure. I will be filing a complaint with the Illinois State Dental Society and Division of Professional Regulation and possibly a lawsuit. You don't treat customers this way. His dental assistant working with him had a very nasty attitude as well. Even my niece noticed the same thing. She started putting numbing gel on my back teeth initially and I told her I was having my front teeth extracted. She goes oh, and then looked at my chart and started using the topical gel on the appropriate teeth. Didn't apologize or anything. The allowed blood to get on my brand new sweatshirt and only provided me with 1 gauze to leave with. my niece asked if we could have another one for the ride home. The dentist instructed her to give my niece 2 more instead. She shook her head and gave my niece only 1 and left the room.
