She is one of the best Botox doctors in Boston! Dr. Yula Kutsman spent a LOT of time with me, as her first time patient. She spoke in a more educated way about the Botox/Xeomin she was to administer, and gave the injections with more skill than any previous doctor of mine. IE. She offered to use a small amount of the Xeomin to give me a mini eyebrow lift... Which no other provider ever offered. IE. She informed me that my eyebrows lowered too much, which gave me an angry expression after my previous Botox injections, because the doctor Injected me too low on my forehead. The only reason this is not a five star review is simply because this is not a fancy spa. Dr Yula rents a room in medical center... And, passes her savings in rent onto her clients with lower prices. THE DEAL: Doctor Yula MedSpa is one of the best Boston Botox providers... And, one of the cheapest Boston Botox clinics too!

As a first-time Accutane patient, I often felt like it was assumed I already knew how everything worked, and when I didn't, there was very little guidance. The scheduling department was also very rude at times. After hours of trying to get in touch with someone, I was told I couldn't be seen until August and was made to feel like the situation was entirely on me. Only after finally speaking with a nurse was I able to get the help I needed. At my fifth appointment, I was suddenly told my insurance didn't cover out-of-state visits, despite having already been seen there multiple times without anyone ever mentioning this. Had I known that from the beginning, I could have planned accordingly. I take responsibility for anything I may have misunderstood or missed, but I wish the office would also acknowledge that better communication could have prevented a lot of this. I'm only staying to finish my Accutane course, but overall this experience has been emotionally exhausting. Anyone who has struggled with acne knows how difficult that journey can be, and I wish I had felt more supported throughout the process.

It didn't occur to me to LOOK before I got dressed, but now I know I should check out the handiwork before leaving. My injector was was also just weird. Made me uncomfortable and kept trying to sell me other procedures and I had to repeat myself maybe 5 times explaining all I wanted was Botox, but she just wasn't getting it and I was getting really frustrated. When I was checking out they told me I needed to schedule a three week follow up. I told them that was unnecessary, I would call with any concerns. They were pushy and wouldn't let me leave until I scheduled. When I kept insisting I didn't want the appointment the owner even made a snarky remark "have you even ever had Botox?"..... They ended up making the appointment and I canceled over text.... They then immediately asked me when I wanted to come back for my Botox.
