The Doc listens to your concerns and develops a plan. After really a thorough battery of test another consultation, the plan is explained in detail. I am now down 89 pounds. I am no longer on blood pressure medicine and my a1c numbers have dropped significantly. I feel stronger and have a lot more energy. I go to IM as a supplement to my family physician as cookie cutter medicine did not have the answers I needed. My primary care physician was impressed with the testing that Dr. Petteruti performed and really impressed with the results. So much so that I only need to see her once a year. One issue I had that IM's testing showed was a high level of heavy metals. As my career was spent in manufacturing, that is not surprising. The chelation IV drips are addressing that issue. So today I got Olivia, it made me question the process. I was late so they told me I would not get…read morea full treatment because they were booked back to back. I understood and had no issues. I was late, (due to a car accident on the pike) but they still accepted me and I appreciate that. However, before today I had 3 prior treatments. None like today, if this is a standard practice across board how was my shortened time and different technician make me feel like I've been missing out? Though not many times the times I did go ive had the same technician till today so I wasn't sure what to expect. Olivia got it in today which makes me feel like either I've been getting cheated or she is just that exceptional. This was Def the best treatment. I felt great after, it felt effective and even during treatment I could tell a difference. That is literally the 1st time I have received these results. This makes me more enthusiastic for the future. Ive had to miss a few appointments because life happens and they presechedule you in advance. If you cannot make it, they will not reschedule you for that week. I am not sure if they are just charging me cancelation or going to add the days I called out to the end. That is just the one thing, I encourage to ask prior to paying for the full 12 weeks.
