They did try to upsell me to a heated cocoon type machine for an additional $35 each time which would EXCELLERATE the process. I have no complaints regarding my technician she was nice I can definitely say that, she took pre-treatment pictures to compare at the end of the five that I bought and we saw each other once a week for five treatments. She told me people usually see results after the 2nd treatment, I wasn't seeing any results personally but I figure ok lets see it through to the end. At the last treatment she took post pictures for a before and after collage which I asked to see, she would not show them to me on her phone but said she had to send them to the receptionist who could then forward them to me. I was presented with their brochure and was told i could get 10% off treatments if booked that day. I perused the pamphlet and declined but asked again for my pictures. No surprise here but I still haven't received my before and after pics...and I am 100% sure it is because the service I received was nothing more than a typical ultrasound machine that does absolutely nothing for fat breakdown. Every time I tried to inquire about the machines and the process the conversation was changed to a different machine that i did not pay for but if I had then I would see results. I may have gone for the more expensive "upgraded" machine in the beginning if they took the time to explain the differences rather than try to upsell AFTER the fact. The office seems clean and everything was done hygienically but I feel taken advantage of. At the very least they could have sent my before and after pictures to me.

Please take the time to read other reviews as well--my experience wasn't an isolated case. The responses to negative feedback seem dismissive and unprofessional. Also, I'm not sure who the "owner" is supposed to be, as the only people I ever saw at the location were the receptionist and Jessika herself. As for the laser service: it felt ineffective. The sessions for both a large and medium area were scheduled for only 15 minutes, which seemed too short and didn't yield any real results. I had initially planned to continue because I had a membership, but Jessika herself suggested we "part ways" because she felt we weren't the right fit. Honestly, that turned out to be a relief, as I was able to end the membership early. Don't be tempted by the low prices--you're essentially paying for subpar service. You're better off going to a spa where you'll actually see results. Also, no need for a response from the "owner," who may not even exist--most likely just Jessika responding under a different name. My hope is that this review helps someone else avoid the same disappointing experience.
