However, I was disappointed by how the situation was handled afterward. The interaction felt rushed, and I left feeling as though the seriousness of the issue was minimized rather than addressed. Finding a cockroach in food is not a minor mistake--it raises serious concerns about sanitation, food preparation, and pest control. Because of the nature of the incident, I submitted a complaint to the health department and provided documentation. I hope ownership takes this matter seriously and investigates how this could have happened. Until then, I cannot recommend dining here.
