Service is BEYOND EXCEPTIONAL!!!!! These ladies that run this shop are super sweet and NOW let's get tot the food that is FIRE!!!!! I always get the fry bake and saltfish with tamarind sauce cause this is so freaking seasoned and crispy bake. Then I order about 6 fish cakes cause once you pop one you really need more of these crispy fish cakes, don't forget to dip it in the tamarind sauce. They have other options also like callalloo.... Nice little restaurant on a mostly residential street in a neighborhood with a lot of Afro-Caribbean people and shops. The restaurant is small inside, and better suited to take out, but there is a small dining patio outside. My chicken roti was hot, HUGE, and delicious. The bake and shark was room temperature, which was disappointing (who wants a lukewarm sandwich?), but still very flavorful and delicious. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here again, but if in the area, I'd give it another try. read more

I also had the shakshuka focaccia which is divine and I would absolutely recommend both. I need to come back to try their sandwiches as well. I am not a sweets person, but everyone I know loves their pastries. Getting someone a gif tcard here makes for a great gift.

The West Coast oysters were Kumamoto (California), while the East Coast selection were called Bad Boys (from Nova Scotia, Canada). Normally I'm a big fan of West coast oysters, but the Bad Boys were delicious! They were plump with a bold ocean brine & crisp finish. My friend also ordered a cup of clam chowder, which he thoroughly enjoyed. One of the best oyster HH spots I've come across, because it seems to be harder finding good ones lately. Would definitely come back to try the other seafood dishes.
