Terrible experience. I ordered a crème brûlée milk tea with boba, and all I got what ended up being a glorified cup of milk, boba, and a hint of flavor. For. NINE. DOLLARS. AND TWENTY. CENTS. I could have gotten a whole gallon of milk for half the price.

Ordered through Uber, one of the best bubble teas I've ever had! 100% will order again (We got the Brown Sugar Boba Tea)

My favorite boba tea in my area, i legit come once a week or more lol but my go to is mango fruit tea with tapioca or popping bubble. also if you're in the mood for desserts try the croffles very delicious!

A must-go-to in Ozone Park! There are only 2 boba tea shops in this area and this is one of them. It's new to me so I wanted to venture a little further down Cross Bay to check it out. I wasn't disappointed. Food & drink: I ordered the Tea Special which is mango & dragonfruit. Like most boba places, I assumed it was going to be so sweet. But when I drank it, it was not! It was instead very refreshing and a little on the bitter side. This is how I prefer my tea so I wasn't upset. I added bubbles as my topping. Their boba is small so they easily come through the straw. But I can see it being annoying to people who prefer their bubbles a little bigger. For food, I got the pistachio kulfi croffle and got my husband the plain one. It was delightful! I love that there were actual pistachio in mine!!!! Interior: The atmosphere is definitely unique. On one wall, they have a beautiful mural of workers in a field.. which I am assuming is a field where they grow different types of tea. Wonder if my assumption is correct! They have a wall to take a picture with your drink (and honestly if you don't have one of these in your business, you're not up to the times lol). The music is mostly hip-hop; which is to my liking. The order and pick-up situation is one that reminds me of places in the city... order on the side of the restaurant and pick-up in the front. I guess that is smart seeing that most people just order online or get it delivered! Service: Both employees working were super friendly and welcoming! Overall, I will be back and definitely recommend this place.

A bubble tea shop finally open in a residential neighborhood Ozone Park, Queens, NYC. I ordered peach fruit tea $5.75 with lychee jelly topping. Unfortunately, since this is a new business lychee jelly topping is unavailable, but as a suitable substitute lychee popping boba $0.75 was suggested and available. Tea Mania New York's drink toppings cost slightly more than its competitors price at $0.50, but Tea Mania New York price $0.75 per topping. Whoa, is the lychee popping boba spawned from a rare and expensive seaweed extract? Has the 2022 national inflation rate accelerated to 8.6% coincidence measured with COVID-19 pandemic and to pay your employees NYS mandated minimum wage $15.00 per hour salary? I despise lychee popping boba which is weird. Disappointedly Tea Mania does not offer Chinese herbal grass jelly 涼粉 (loeng4 fan2, liang2 fen3) as a topping which is odd because bubble tea is a Chinese tea that originated in Taiwan. When inquiring if Chinese herbal grass jelly is available as an option for a topping this male server appeared very utterly bewildered and completely oblivious acutely unknown without any situational awareness. Herbal grass jelly is one of my favorite traditional Chinese summer dessert as I am profoundly enamoured. My drink was median average. Tea Mania New York benevolently offers French macarons cookies priced $1.75 per cookie in the sweets menu. Favors listed in their takeout menu are: chocolate, vanilla, caramel, raspberry, lemon, and pistachio. The cookies are also slightly above average. It was light with a sweet top and bottom chewy shell. Nostalgia is invoked to reminisce as I wish I could return to Paris, France for another excursion. Unfortunately, there were no chocolate macaron available ergo I decided for two raspberries; one vanilla and one lemon. Sales receipts are digitalized and can only be obtained via email or SMS text due to Tea Mania's cash registers are powered by Square as a paperless system. There is a loyalty reward card program available after the tenth (10th) drink purchased is free. Takeout menus are available for grabs rather than squinting your eyes to view the wall menu at a distance. Customer service is mediocre as the staff take their sweet time to fulfill drink orders and customers fill the foyer waiting area for as my median average waiting time was actually twenty (20) eternal minutes - "Waiting for Godot."

I hardly to write a bad review but this place is a place to avoid for delivery. When you order delivery. They don't use fresh fruits. Everything is from jars or frozen package with hair included...and the whipped cream that never melt. So good luck with ordering take out.

TMS Strawberry Cheesecake Milk Tea (front) & TMS Kulfi Milk Tea (back)

We tried the TMS Kulfi Milk Tea, TMS Strawberry Cheesecake Milk Tea, TMS Mango Dragonfruit Fruit Tea, & Strawberry Lemonade Fruit Tea w/ Strawberry Popping Boba. Everything was very refreshing! My favorite was the Strawberry Cheesecake - tasted very similar to Good Humor Strawberry Shortcake Ice Cream! Their Kulfi Milk Tea was spot on - you can taste the cardamom flavor. You can request your sugar level preference, which is amazing - not many boba places do that! The owner and staff are very kind and welcoming! This shop is a great addition to the neighborhood! We will be paying frequent visits!

All the flavors and textures just tied in so well that it didn't feel overwhelming. The vanilla bread was indeed very spongy and had just the right amount of strawberries decorating it. Even though the fruits were glazed, it wasn't with the kind of glaze that's overbearing and sweet; it was quite neutral (as advertised). The 4 stars is only because I don't think one cake warrants a 5 stars; I need to go and experience the hospitality and other cakes first. Sadly, the strawberry tres leches cake did not win the cake contest.

But when I asked one of the employees for help, he looked me up and down and said, "Wait until it's your turn," in a really rude tone -- even though he wasn't helping anyone at the time. I later asked another staff member if I could speak to the manager, and she told me he was the manager. Honestly, I don't think a manager should be setting that kind of example. The cakes are amazing, but the attitude really ruined the experience.

Since we were in Forest Hills, Queens, and I had never been here, we chose to go to Eddie's. This place is really good, with an extensive menu of desserts ranging from soda floats to banana splits and many other little treats. A sweet lover's paradise. Personally, when it comes to ice cream or sweets, I tend to keep it simple. Give me a good vanilla ice cream scoop and I am a happy person. Give me a great ice cream scoop and I am even happier. Let's just say I left this place very satisfied. I had my basic yet delicious ice cream scoops. Yum. I am currently following a strict diet regimen for one more month, but after that, I will definitely come back for some of their tasty ice cream. My son, wife, and friends were also enjoying their sweets. This is a great place. They have seats, but it gets really busy and there is usually a bit of a wait. Yet that is not a bad thing. It shows how popular the place is. If you are looking for sweets, come check this place out.

There is no annoying banana to taint this classic Nutella crepe. The crepe was swimming in Nutella. I have always been enamored with Nutella and chocolate chips. French crepes with Nutella takes me back to Paris, France of nostalgia for halcyon times. Three stars, as the male server Hars S. speaks rudimentary English for L.E.P. and his words were mostly inaudible to comprehend. He plays music boisterously loud in his native language appearing very distracted with indifference to service customers. There are no seats, no tables, no stools, and no ledge. There's usually a line of some length during peak hours and especially around the holidays. You can tell by the sheer volume of baked goods and cakes available in their window displays that they sell a lot daily. This location is on the main drag of the little downtown section of Forest Hills, the baked goods in the front window display connect to a tall and long glass counter along the left side of the store that extends almost to the back. At the back middle and along the right side of the wall there's seating for about two dozen people at small cafe tables. They carry an assortment of traditional cakes (full and sliced), pies, cookies, pastries, cheesecakes, cupcakes, ice cream and coffee/tea drinks. A wide variety of flavors in each, so you're bound to find something sweet to satisfy most here. They are a classic bakery so from what I can tell, they don't carry items that are gluten, dairy or nut free. I've purchased their apple pie, fruit tart, berry napoleon, red velvet and chocolate fudge cakes from this or other locations in the past and they're all solid choices for desserts to share with a larger group, though I find a lot of their cake options to be on the richer side. My most recent encounter with their cakes came in the form of a slice of their seven layer cake $9.95 which is thin layers of yellow cake alternating with chocolate cream mmm pretty tasty, and their caramel cake $9.95 which had a layer of chocolate cake in the middle, sandwiched by caramel cream and white cake on either side. The latter had a pronounced caramel flavor that was enjoyable though a bit too much cream for me. My preference would be for their chocolate cakes over other cake flavors here. Their apple pie is one of my favorite apple pies anywhere tho!
