Excellent service. We ordered a couple different bubble teas. The cashier lady is so polite and patience to explain everything to us. Strongly recommended.

I was very excited to try this place because it's different from the typical cuisine in Jackson Heights. I tried the beef bulgogi bowl which tasted good, but not great. I do wish it came with some veggies to give it a refreshing and crunchy taste. The rice bowls come with miso soup which makes for a filling meal. The portions are big enough, that you could break it up into two meals. The staff are nice as well, they offered to throw out the garbage for us when they didn't have to. There is a trash can readily available for use when you're done. It's standard Japanese food which is good if you have a craving. I'm looking forward to trying their ramen next time around.

Ordered thru Uber eats, the food came super quick and everything was still nice and hot. I absolutely loved the scallion pancakes with the sweet chilly sauce, delicious! I also ordered the Korean beef kimchi soup, So good! The broth was nice and creamy, perfectly seasoned. The beef was thinly sliced and tender. Everything was yummy, I will definitely keep on ordering.

Ordered from here a few weeks ago for the first time on Uber Eats and I was so content! Love their milk bubble tea & seafood ramen. I ordered again today and got an extra side of kimchi. Sooo rare to find good kimchi (for me at least - I'm Caribbean haha) WILL DEF KEEP ORDERING from them! Give them a try - you won't regret it!

Went to the closest bubble tea place while running errands and the ube swirl milk tea caught my eye! The boba were so soft and chewy and they did not cheap out on the amount of ube flavoring. I'd definitely come back to have this again and try their other bubble tea. I didn't get to try any of their food, but maybe next time

Great Buuble Tea. I'd definitely return for that. The Ramen was good but the tea is what keeps us coming back.

Let's talk about those call buttons: WHY doesn't most restaurants do this?!?? We didn't want to be rude so we only used it twice. Food: The food was delicious. Everything was delicious and well prepared but are dessert people and we'd go back for that crepe mango cake!!!! We loved the ambiance right away when we were seated. We mentioned that it's our first time and the staff said that we are welcome to browse rest of the place at our convenience. Placing the order is so easy , staff is so endearing and friendly. There is a call bell when in need of any. Food served in no time. They just opened the business at noon for the day and lucky to be the first of their guests list. We ordered their yakitori platter and signature sampler being our first time here. In addition we had ramen , miso soup and eel/cucumber roll with it. It was such an interesting combination! We enjoyed both the samplers. We definitely know what we would be our pick for next visit. All our order was aesthetically pretty. Instagram worthy. Food taste met our expectations. The ambiance of the place is vibing. Decorations are pleasing. The private room and service are phenomenal. We had a great dining experience! There is great perk after spending more than a $100, a raffle for free food or drinks to be consumed on next visit. A great spot to be ! Come by.

The portions are a bit smaller, as most sushi rolls come with four pieces, and the prices are on the higher side. However, the quality makes it worth it for me. I especially enjoy their lunch specials, which are a great option if you're looking for a satisfying meal at a better value. And no visit is complete without their fried ice cream, it's absolutely delicious and one of my favorite desserts. Overall, great sushi, reliable quality, and a place I keep coming back to.

By the time I finally closed the door on my shift, I needed more than just dinner; I needed an absolute reset. Cue takeout from Mikado. Unboxing the order at home felt like unwrapping a small gift to myself. For takeout sushi, presentation is everything, and Mikado nailed it--everything was remarkably well-packaged, secure, and pristine. We ended up ordering a little bit of everything to sample across the menu, and every single bite completely hit the spot. It offered a welcome, soothing anchor after a chaotic day, proving that sometimes the right meal can completely salvage an afternoon. The Verdict: Impeccable takeout packaging, fantastic variety, and a menu that delivers when you need comfort most at home. Vibe: Elevated, reliable, and deeply satisfying takeout that turns a rough day around.

An Unforgettable Omakase Experience!…read more We celebrated the 4th of July with an incredible omakase dinner at Masaki, and it exceeded every expectation. Every course was beautifully presented, impeccably fresh, and perfectly balanced. From the delicate Red Sea Bream and buttery Scallop to the luxurious Toro with Caviar, Sweet Shrimp with Uni, and the unforgettable Eel with Foie Gras, each bite was a masterpiece. What truly elevated the evening was Michael, our sushi chef. He was warm, engaging, and exceptionally knowledgeable. He took the time to explain every course, the origin of the fish, the flavors, and the best way to enjoy each piece. His passion for his craft was evident, and his attention to detail made the entire experience feel personal and memorable. Dining at the sushi bar gave us a front-row seat to watch the artistry behind every piece. The quality of the ingredients, the precision of the preparation, and the genuine hospitality made this one of the finest omakase experiences we've ever had. Thank you, Michael, and the entire Masaki team, for making our holiday celebration so special. We can't wait to return for another unforgettable evening!

I honestly wasn't expecting much but the service based solely for the Omakase blew me away. The Omakase bar was in the back of the restaurant hidden away. The space was very open and the ambience was chic. This is a great place for date night, mommy night out, or group hangouts as they have private rooms too. Every piece tasted very fresh and were quite unique. The steam silky egg appetizer with crabmeat and fish roe was simple yet delicious. One of the dishes was an uni toro roll that was placed on top of our hands and was sprayed with edible gold glitter on us. That was a surprise and it was cute. And that uni just melts in your mouth. We had this matcha pudding with I think had an Oreo sprinkle in it was fabulous. They also surprised us with an extra dessert cause it was all 3 of our birthdays. Very enjoyable experience. Our sushi chef was very accommodating and made our birthday dinner memorable. We originally started out with the summer special of $78pp for a 12 course meal and decided to upgrade to the 14 course meal for $98pp. There was an option for a 17 course meal for $138pp but we were very full towards the end. They also had this $30 lunch and $60 dinner 3 course meal set for restaurant week. My friend's mom wasn't a fan of raw stuff so she ordered the Chilean sea bass with risotto and she wasn't a huge fan of it. The fish was a tad overcooked and the overall presentation of the dish looked more of a Chinese fusion dish. The risotto had that cheesy flavor but the presentation with the Bok Choy and the risotto looked more like fried rice and was confusing. I would stick with the omakase, which this place is known for.

First of all, we couldn't find the place because there is no signage. I guess that's part of the "charm"? But literally when we found it we didn't even know if the place was open. The gates were down, the windows were basically covered and nothing about the place was welcoming. We realized they were in fact open so we approached the door. We were greeted by a piece of paper stating "reservations only". We entered anyway and the place was EMPTY. There was one couple seated but other than that the place was EMPTY. The hostess approached us and I asked her if we needed a reservation and she said we did. So we said ok we'll come back another time and then she said, " well since it's pretty quiet tonight we can seat you." We should have left. We were in there for about an hour give or take and no one else came in at all. At all. Anyways, we ordered our food. I ordered the sashimi plate and my husband ordered a couple rolls. We also ordered the crab and avocado salad and the hamachi kama. Everything was basic. Nothing was amazing...oh except the price of the hamachi kama. Menu said market price and I get it, that means the price will fluctuate accordingly, but $60 for the hamachi kama? I almost fell off my chair when the bill came. I have eaten at very high end sushi restaurants and am almost 50 years old. I have never had a $60 hamachi kama. This one wasn't even tasty!!! It was not good or flavorful. Tasted like they just defrosted and microwaved it. I was wondering why i kept hearing a microwave go off but realized after the fact that that's what they must have done. I did not complain. We paid the bill. We left. Later that night I had stomach issues. Nicest way I can put that. I will say that i ate almost nothing that day so I can only attribute the stomach issues to the sushi. Needless to say we will not be back.
