On 7/22/16 I contacted this clown to obtain a diminished value report for I have dealt with him…read morebefore and didn't have a problem though I thought he was a little slacks and lazy and got my report to me two days later than he said. So some friends of mine were needing the same report so I figured I'd recommend him to some friends and help them get a report for their issue. So I emailed him all the information and then he told me I'm going on vacation I'll contact you when I get back. Well here we are in August and I haven't heard nothing back after an email and a call he never return my calls finally I get a hold of him and I ask him if he could do it for me and that I was the one that was talking to him before he went on vacation. He remembered and made me an appointment for Thursday, August 25. So on August 25 I'm running a little late so I call to let him know he doesn't answer I call again he doesn't answer a few minutes later I get a call back from him and he's scolding me before I could tell him that I was calling to tell him that I'm running late he then says that he has an appointment in five minutes and I ask him well do I go or not and he says our appointment was 20 minutes ago then he I asked him do you want this business or not since I have been waiting for you for over a month since you said you were gonna call me back when you got back from vacation then he acted like a total broad and said I'm not dealing with this bye and hung up on me. I was two minutes away from his office I showed up to the office and he yells out to the lady I'm not here and she comes out and says he's not in right now. What a cowardly way of doing business all he had to do was make me a new appointment it was my fault that I was late but you don't scold a customer like they're your child and I will never recommend anybody to this clown again !! If you like being treated like a piece of crap give him a call!
