They gate was still closed, so…read moreI left a typed note explaining that I wanted an HVAC diagnostic because the system motor was working, but it wasn't blowing either hot or cold air. I added that the actuator was moving and the heater hose was getting hot, but the air coming through on any setting was neither hot nor cold. So I wanted a diagnostic to figure out what was wrong. I also wrote that on their envelope before dropping my key in their box. Their lot was so packed, I had to park in an overflow lot across the street. By 11 AM, I hadn't heard from them, so I decided to give them a call to make sure they found my vehicle in the overflow lot and to confirm my notes. I called them 14 times between 11 AM and 3 PM and there was never an answer. Their voicemail message said to leave a message and they would respond within 24 hours. But I didn't have 24 hours. I needed my vehicle back the same day. I called an Uber to take me back there after 3 PM to find out what was going on and that's when I finally got a call. But I was already less than a block away. When I went in, they said they were calling to tell me exactly what I told them in my notes and when I made the appointment, that the AC wasn't working and they wanted to know if I wanted them to run a diagnostic. After 8 hours, they did nothing to my vehicle other than turn on the heat and AC and only told me it had the very same problem that I brought it in to have them diagnose. According to them, the appointment was just a placeholder and did not impact when vehicles are serviced, which defeats the entire point of an appointment. They said I should have told them if I needed my vehicle the same day, even though nobody was there when I dropped it off and nobody was answering the phones. As for the phone calls, they said they only had 1 person answering 5 lines and that's why none of my 14 calls over 8 hours were answered, and it was my responsibility to leave a message ... in spite of the fact that their voicemail said it could take them 24 hours to respond. I've been here before and the service was much better than it was today. Those days, I'd give them 5 stars. But the absolute minimum I need for someone servicing my vehicles is that they have someone to answer at least 1 of 14 phone calls, and that they pay attention to the reason I dropped my vehicle off in the first place.

He said he was an honest mechanic that did good work. I needed an oil change and I had been smelling fuel upon starting my vehicle. I called and made an appt. I checked their website and "liked" them on facebook. I mentioned this on my visit and received a discount on my oil change. They also rotated my tires for free. They found the fuel leak and replaced a section of fuel rail that was leaking. Steve handles the phone calls. Tony does the mechanical work. Super nice guys. They aren't cheap, but they are better than the dealer. This is the only place I will take my car for service.

So, I chose a few auto repair places to get the estimates from one was TARRACH'S! I got the first estimate and headed to Tarrachs when getting out of my car the first estimate I got fell out of my pocket when I got to the place. I proceeded to asked the person at the desk if they could look at my car for the issue that I had he said fine. I needed an estimate for repairs Let me get my mechanic. They took the car in to see the issue after waiting about 15 minutes he came back in and I asked him so what did you find? How much would it be? This is when his mechanic comes in stands behind him with this mean look on his face! I asked him if something was wrong. I said is everything OK? He said yeah I'll I'll send you the estimate on your email so I leave when I get into my car between my parking brake and my console estimated sitting there high up to let me know that they seen it. Not that it has anything to do with them, but obviously it bothered them I never received the estimate I thought to myself did he call the first mechanic. I took my car to have it done at the first mechanic and after I got done the same issue was still there now cant I prove that they talked with no without phone records but the person who fixed the car or attempted to fix the car was very distant and said I fixed it. Let me know if it's OK which it was not. I found that to be very petty and disrespectful from the person who I talk to who happened to be the owner and his mechanic to be very immature that they would care that I got another estimate from another mechanic. I've had nothing but issues with this issue for my car, I would never recommend or take my vehicle to this so-called mechanic!
