So as an update I was reached put to and we are working on a solution together. The manager is…read moreresponsive, respectful and has been trying to go above and beyond for a solution. I just work a lot so my responsiveness has been lack luster.

Kenny use to be the service tech, great dude, he would work with us for drop offs. But unfortunately he retired and we are now stuck with Mark. This is about Mark now, Mark is the service manager: We brought our truck in for a transmission error, service department claimed it was faulty pins in the trailer plug in trailer port, they charged us over $300. It didn't fix the problem, the error keeps happening without pulling a trailer. It mostly goes off when going up hill. Anyways because replacing the pins in the plug didn't work we called and rescheduled an appointment. Mark had previous knowledge about our appointment today, Oct 7, 2025 @ 07:30, that we would be dropping off the truck at 07:30 on my husbands way to work, well at 07:45 Mark and rental(front desk) lady were no shows so my husband had to leave. My husband had it pre arranged from weeks ago the drop off time and pick up of a rental. My husband had to call Mark about this issue and Mark gave him attitude claiming "[we] were not working with them so he(Mark) doesn't think [he] can help us", how is making a prearranged appointment not working with them? So Mark is blaming us for his employees not showing up to work when all this was prearranged. They were supposed to send me 3 emails, I got 1. I checked all my folders/files in email. If one went through so could the others. Supposedly they are giving us a loaner tonight on my husbands way home from work and we are leaving the truck overnight. I'm sure the loaner will be $60, the tried to charge me $60 for TWO HOURS of having the loaner, not even a full day. Sounds like someone is skimming off the top, if you know what I mean. If you need a loaner got to Enterprise. I'm my other past experiences with Kendall Ford of Wasilla: Robin did NOT relay important information about my truck needing service, we had the appointment time, scheduled months out. Well in that time my breaks would stop working. I told Robin and she did NOT put it on the file. My breaks would engage, disengage completely, then reengage. Luckily Kenny was working there at the time and took this seriously, they were able to recreate the issue on my truck and with others on the lot. We have had several issues with Robin not putting notes on file or passing along messages. To the point the service department changed my oil that had maybe 150 miles on it, and in the process of them doing that they ripped my bottom shroud off the bottom of my truck and ruined the mounting holes. They never rectified the issue they caused. The level of disrespect makes me sick! I do NOT suggest Kendall Ford of Wasilla. Buy an older car that you can fix yourself

Complete incompetence, from estimate through repairs... including the absolute worst customer…read moreservice that I have experienced from any business. Due to the subpar estimate of the damages, the correct parts weren't ordered. The vehicle was with them for a month for a single panel with a dent. When repairs were completed, one of their technicians drove over our car key shattering it. McKenzie told us that we needed to bring another key immediately because they couldn't move the car and continue to work on other cars. She called shattering our key "a little hiccup", and said that although they agreed to pay for the key replacement, that I would need to bring it to the Anchorage dealership to have a new key programmed. I called the Anchorage dealership to make an appointment, and they said they could not schedule an appointment until the replacement key was ordered and paid for. The Anchorage dealership also said that the car would need to be with them 'all day'. Because we live in Wasilla, this would be a huge inconvenience that required two people from our family to drive to Anchorage and take the time of two people and gas for two vehicles. I don't consider this "a little hiccup" as McKinzie joked about. THEN, the worst part... when I called her back to let her know I had to pay for the key in advance before scheduling the appointment and asked how to get reimbursed, she LITERALLY scolded me like I was a child saying "We can't reimburse you! I didn't tell you that you could pay for the key. I need to do it because they give us a corporate discount". In summary, I understand the delays in getting the bodywork done. This is Alaska and things take longer than expected sometimes. I also understand that they shattered our key. It was an accident, accidents happen. The only thing that made me furious beyond believe was how McKenzie joked about this whole ordeal, calling it a little hiccup, and then scolded me when I paid for the key so that we could make the appointment to repair what they damaged. Her complete lack of regard for the time and effort it looks that it was going to take from me to fix something that they damaged during repairs I'm so upset. Her complete lack of professionalism when she scolded me for trying to get the repair scheduled speak volumes about their inability for basic customer service. I don't think that McKenzie should have any job where she interacts with the public on a professional basis.
