I ended up in the ER multiple times, but because of insurance issues, it took over a month to schedule surgery. When I came to his office, the staff was incredibly kind and did everything they could to squeeze me in ASAP. Every time I've had an emergency or urgent concern, they've been so supportive. You can tell they really care. Fast forward a couple years--during a routine checkup, they found another cyst. Thankfully it was caught early, and I had a second surgery. After that, Dr. Quach helped guide me through my pregnancy journey, and I just had my baby two months ago! If you're looking for an OB you can truly trust and feel safe with, especially during delivery, Dr. Quach is the one. He's not just knowledgeable--he's calm, supportive, and makes you feel taken care of from beginning to end. Highly, highly recommend. There are a lot of great doctors out there, but finding someone who's both skilled and genuinely cares is rare. I'm really grateful to have found that in Dr. Quach.

Rushed at that because she was late in seeing me for 2 hours. None of her staff informed me that she was going to be late. Maybe the reason why she was in a rush and the un-God ful painful treatment. She prescribed the wrong medication after consulting with another physician. She also ordered labs [full ovary and pelvic] ultra sound that was completely unnecessary. I am way past child bearing years, yet she justified the exam as though I was having a child. I never waited more than 5 minutes for my appointments and Dr Pham always had time for my questions and concerns. I didn't experience any scheduling issues or problems getting ahold of people. Delivery went perfectly and Dr Pham delivered my baby at 8pm! I was so worried she wouldn't be there but my nurses called her and she said "I'll be there in 10" and she came rushing in ready to deliver my baby. Now I am making calls between cvs and the OBGYN office to try and get an updated prescription before I run out of pills this week and I have been trying this entire month to get ahead of this issue. She commented to me that "I've been doing this for two decades" when I tried to explain to her that I recieved a letter about not being covered. For someone who has been doing this for so long, it feels that a patients time is not respected and things are not going through like they're supposed to I am continually told by the office staff that I need to call the pharmacy and the pharmacy will make an attempt to reach out to the provider. I pushed for SIX hours and because baby and I were never in distress Illeck never pushed for a C-section and in fact I made my progress every time he came in the room, he was like a coach! So motivating and patient and amazing! Finally with a vacuum on his call we got him out and turns out the cord was wrapped around him twice but Illeck knew exactly what he was doing, told me give one more push and I did, got him out and got the cords unwrapped so fast. Baby boy is thriving, so healthy, literally was amazing. My whole pregnancy beach OBGYN and Dr Illeck took care of me. Truly wonderful. It's the reason I'm not joining my husband's insurance for Kaiser just yet because we want one more baby and I want him to be my OB again.

My delivery was seamless and Dr. Illeck even offered to come deliver my baby on his day off if I happened to go into labor earlier than expected. At the hospital, several delivery nurses shared not just how much they enjoyed working with Dr. Illeck, but how the staff overwhelmingly chooses him as their OB/GYN. I called today to ask where other prescriptions were and assured they'd be sent to CVS. Just checked and only one was. Seriously not surprised!! She listens to patients, keeps asking if we have more questions, is not in a hurry to leave you for the next patient, she listens until you are done and are feeling satisfied, she is super confident, very approachable and has a great bedside manner. She has an aura around her that I can't describe well enough. We loved meeting her (twice for now). Polite staff. Easy to get appointments too. She is with Memorial care, so we can communicate with her via mychart as well !
