She prescribed the wrong medication after consulting with another physician. She also ordered labs [full ovary and pelvic] ultra sound that was completely unnecessary. I am way past child bearing years, yet she justified the exam as though I was having a child. I called them back on Friday and asked for my paperwork that they said that they faxed to my IVF doctor. I did a mammogram with her in April 2025 and it is now January 2026. My doctor said they did not get the results. They said they faxed it to them in October 2025. But still yet they did not do so on their behalf. I called Friday and asked for a test results and I gave him five hours to give me a copy of it so I can physically give it to my IVF doctor. The girl receptionist said they can't do it that day, but they could do it on Monday but yet they did not call me on Monday to let me know it is available to pick up. And now it's Tuesday January 27th and I'm calling them like crazy over 12 times and they still did not pick up their phone. If you want real customer service who's going to be there for you from 9:30 AM to 5 PM like they said they would in their office hours do not ever come to this place ever again. They are blacklisted from me now I will never refer them to anyone ever again. Watch me.

I pushed for SIX hours and because baby and I were never in distress Illeck never pushed for a C-section and in fact I made my progress every time he came in the room, he was like a coach! So motivating and patient and amazing! Finally with a vacuum on his call we got him out and turns out the cord was wrapped around him twice but Illeck knew exactly what he was doing, told me give one more push and I did, got him out and got the cords unwrapped so fast. Baby boy is thriving, so healthy, literally was amazing. My whole pregnancy beach OBGYN and Dr Illeck took care of me. Truly wonderful. It's the reason I'm not joining my husband's insurance for Kaiser just yet because we want one more baby and I want him to be my OB again.

My delivery was seamless and Dr. Illeck even offered to come deliver my baby on his day off if I happened to go into labor earlier than expected. At the hospital, several delivery nurses shared not just how much they enjoyed working with Dr. Illeck, but how the staff overwhelmingly chooses him as their OB/GYN. He apparently also has the lowest C-section rate in the entire hospital, which was a great selling point for me in choosing a doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Illeck
