They listen and provide solutions. I feel heard, valued and supported. Quick turnaround on test results, answers and coordination with other medical providers. I feel blessed to be a patient and like a new woman after their care. The patient portal is excellent as well. It provides all of your chart and test history, plus scheduling appointments and asking questions.

I was referred to Prescott Woman's Clinic by a friend, so scheduled a new patient appointment. I am SUPER glad I did not read their reviews, prior to the appointment, as I may never have given them a chance. From first contact to schedule the appointment; through reminder texts of the upcoming appointment; through check-in and the visit, I was impressed by their balance of warmth and efficiency. I was able to fill out most forms online prior to the appointment, which was very convenient. Medical records from my prior physician had also populated to PWC portal, which, again, was very helpful. Check-in was a breeze and they were very prompt in getting me seen right on time!!! I saw Brittany Pena for my consultation and exam. There are many talented medical professional out there, but Britany stands out as someone who truly cares for her patients and their health journey. She really listened when discussing concerns and took control when noticing prior medical advice might have been obsolete...advising better options. She is Very pro-active and I am encouraged that my health is in good hands. After my visit, my review and observations of Prescott Woman's Clinic are that they run a very efficient medical practice and appreciate when their patients are efficient, as well. We, the patient, expect so much out of our service providers, whether medical, food service, etc, but forget sometimes that it is a two-way street... We, as clients, also have a responsibility to show up on time; bring our insurance information; communicate our needs and concerns; and pay our bills on time. If we are late with appointments or payments and don't communicate, it creates a domino effect for everyone else...patients and the practice. I think some of these negative reviews were an outcome of this. All I can say, for now is, again, I am very glad I didn't read the negative reviews and will give Prescott Woman's Clinic a chance. There's only one front office lady that's very nice (don't know her name, but she speaks Spanish) When I call I have to call multiple times to get a prescription to get sent and since it was never sent then they want me to come in for something that could be done over the phone. It's so frustrating!! If it wasn't for DR Banning I would not come. Management needs to do better in giving office staff standard for patient care!!!!!

Even after I told her I had tried it in the past and it made me suicidal. She didn't seem to care. I also waited 6 months to get in to see her, waited another hour and 1/2 in the waiting room only to be told she doesn't treat hormone issues. ( I had specifically asked the receptionist this when I made the appointment and had been told she does.) Complete waste of time. She is a useless doctor.
