    Zero stars if I could! I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership regarding the purchase of my vehicle. At the time of sale, I was not fully informed that the vehicle included aftermarket equipment, including a GPS system and brake-related modifications, that were not compatible with the vehicle's proper function. After taking possession of the vehicle, I discovered that these aftermarket additions resulted in a loss of expected functionality, which was not clearly disclosed during the sales process. I felt pressured during the transaction to accept these add-ons as part of the deal. Since then, I have made multiple attempts to resolve the issue with the dealership. I spoke directly with sales manager Ramon and finance Ben Saint and left several messages that went unreturned from the general manager during my attempts to resolve the situation. I was told I would be reimbursed for the one aftermarket equipment GPS, but despite those assurances, no payment has been issued. My follow-up calls and requests for updates have not been returned or resolved. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that buyers carefully review all add-ons, disclosures, and financing details before agreeing to any purchase, and be aware of your rights under applicable consumer protection laws. At this point, I am still waiting on the promised resolution and have not received the reimbursement that was communicated to me. This was considered "installed" they have the product and have yet to reimburse me after Ben offering reimbursement has unfortunately said he will no longer be able to speak to me on this matter and didn't give me any further information on who to contact going forward! Be cautious friends ! I really tried to not write a bad review however this has been over 30 days of time, gas, resources, communication and loss of function in the car with no end in sight hoping to save the next mom with a busy schedule this headache!

    The two stars are mostly because Dennis Dillon Kia was able to deliver us our long-awaited 2021 Telluride back in September. Everything else was mediocre and customer service continues to decline with every interaction since then. To begin, information about financing was incorrect, follow-up was non-existent and it took me several attempts to finally get in touch with someone regarding the warranty we paid for and what services we were entitled to. I noticed several reviews pointed out that once they have your money, the tune changes and their interaction with the customer diminishes and I have to completely agree. I don't regret the purchase that we made, simply disappointed with everything about this dealership after our purchase. Be prepared to do all the follow-up after your purchase because they do not (like some else wrote, "it is impossible to contact them in terms of asking questions").

    Horrid experience here and a total waste of money. Went in with worn out breaks and an airbag…read morelight that was on. On a toyota 4runner I had just barely paid off. Recommended repairs went on for pages. I paid to fix the brakes and the recommended fix for the airbag light being on, which was supposedly something with the seatbelt. Paid seven hundred dollars to fix the seat belt issue. Then, when I was driving home from the shop, the airbag light came on again. So whatever they had done did not fix my car seatbelt or airbag at all. I took it back in and they asked for two thousand nine hundred more dollars to fix the issue, which they said was now the seatbelt harness. So they are basically asking for four thousand dollars to fix a seatbelt issue on a car that I paid twenty five thousand for. And the first repair that they attempted and I paid for did not fix the issue. Highway robbery, shoddy customer service, never talked to a mechanic. And when I got upset at being asked to pay four thousand dollars to fix a seatbelt that was supposedly already fixed, workers were laughing. Corrupt corrupt business. I will tell all my friends to never bring their cars here and never do business with y'all. This business doesn't care about customers or their safety at all. And I paid a bunch of money for no fix. Don't like my negative review? Pay back the 700 bucks I paid you for a NON FIX.
