My own fault for not reading all the reviews, but definitely would not order from them again. Their website shows product available and will ship in 4-5 business days. So, I ordered that along with some other stuff I didn't need to get to free shipping. Few days go by and just get an email saying it is backordered and will ship in a month. Who knows if that is true or not, but to me seems like they load their website up with items from other vendors to pretend like they have a large inventory just to get orders. Waste of time and now I am stuck with some items I don't really need as they want $7.99 return fee for those. I was able to cancel the backorder item, but just a waste of time so I certainly wouldn't recommend this company. They carry a huge variety of riding gear in extended sizes. I'm brand new to snowmobiling, so I bought quite a bit of gear to keep warm and dry. I got most of it, and I was having a 5 star experience until the last 4-5 days. I ordered a jacket 2 weeks or so ago, and it was set to ship in 4-5 business days, no problem. I got everything on time except the jacket. Understandable... it's special order. My problem comes when I start getting requests to rate the jacket, so I call and asked if it was shipped to the wrong place, or did it get lost. I've gotten 5 different people from sales and customer service and 5 different answers. FXR hasn't shipped it, it came in today, it should be here tomorrow, we got it yesterday and it'll ship to you tomorrow have all been answers given. So I call FXR they said it had infact shipped on time. Called Spee Dee Shipping, they said it was delivered. At this point I'm waiting for an answer as to where the jacket is, and when asked if they'd ship it to me faster without skipping a beat the CS Rep say "only if you pay for it." (Item was purchased on Ebay, however the item was sold by Dennis Kirk). His Ebay claim is coming next! The bars were never mounted because we recognized it by sight. The bars were then wrapped by a professional and sent back. The company refused to give my husband a refund stating it had scratches. We took great of the item in our presence. See photos. After a week of the company having the item, he called to inquire on the refund. Sandra/Sandy stated they didn't have the item, however our tracking notice said it was delivered. She stated she would call back and never did. He spoke to Julie a few days later who stated Sandy was on vacation and needed to call us back. Of course we did not receive a phone call back. Finally, we were told that we would only receive $180 of an item that was $295. We sent photos of the item because when the bars left us, they were brand new. I ordered online, the website was easy to use. The parts were shipped and arrived timely at my local post office, unfortunately I messed up the address and the post office sent my order back. I was able to track it all online. I emailed them and let them know my order was returned and needed if to be reshipped and I provided the corrected address. I purchased a leggings from this dealership... I could have purchased from a bigger manufacturer but I thought, why not help out a smaller business. I received them promptly but they were tight so I shipped them back for an exchange. I received a phone call today telling me there were no tags. I distinctly remember putting the tags in the bag so I'm not sure if it somehow fell out or they're lying about it not having a tag. they are going to charge me 25%. That means $32 for a missing tag would be deducted from my return. For a tag. Beware of this place!! They are not forgiving and do not work well with exchanges/returns.
