This place is horrible. Went to purchase school shirts for my kids and ALL the kids uniform shirts were filthy! How do you justify $30+ for a dirty shirt that I have to go home and wash? When I asked for a discount, the children they have working there looked at me like I was crazy. The actual store has very limited inventory. This is the case every single time I go there. Unfortunately have had to use this store for the last 13 years. I placed an online order and after 3 months decided to just cancel it since there was no update. I went into the store to order items back in August, when I was in the store they did not have the selection that I needed. The service in person was very helpful and informative. I reached out in September to follow up on the order as it has been 2 weeks at that point. Via telephone and was on hold for over 22 minutes and then the line hung up 2x. I sent a email and a few days later "We sincerely apologize for the extended delay in shipment for your order and thank you for your patience. As of now, your order is still delayed" (Sept 6). On the 28th I did a BBB complaint their response was it would take 6-8 weeks although, that was not communicated to me. Now I'm pissed because here we are October 13th and no shirt. On October 6th I emailed them because I was told again "We sincerely apologize for the extended delay in shipment for your order and thank you for your patience. As of now, your order is still delayed" when I emailed them the only offered to refund the money, when I asked about a discount it was 15% off which only covers the tax the shirts are $27 alone like wtf? If I could give zero stars that would be more of an accurate rating. I drove my son to Dennis Uniforms in phx aprox an hour each away to get sized for a specific blazer needed for a pinning ceremony. Feb 28th In person I was told that the shirt & blazer were in stock & would ship in aprox a week. I called on March 12th to check on my order since I have heard zero updates. Was told that the system was having a glitch & my order was processing in the system it was in stock & would be shipping out soon. Today March 14th I receive just the shirt No blazer? My packing slip reads Ordered match 12th & shipped March 13. With a back order of my blazer that's no loner in stock & no update or ETA. If I would never have called my order would still be in "glitch mode". Worst customer service ever! The hours are awful. If I could cancel my $160 order I would. Bought pants & shorts here for my son yesterday. Supply was very limited, they had no polos at all in my son's size. Only to get to the register to find out that the amount you pay depending on what private school your child goes to, so the person in front of me paid less for the same pants and shorts than me. Use another uniform company if it's possible. We ordered the 3rd of July for a school start date of August 1st. Today is August 2nd, no uniforms, no shipping info, and no update as to why. It would have been nice to if they couldn't do the job in time they let us know and gave a refund so we could use the other uniform company. I'm sure I'm not the only one they left scrounging around, trying to find uniforms at the last minute because 30 days wasn't long enough to put the patches on some shirts!!!! It's the kids' first year needing uniforms at a new school, so we couldn't purchase too far in advance. We went to the Phoenix store to get them both sized as soon as the uniform info arrived from school (early June.) The physical store location had hardly any supply for our school, so they sized us in uniforms for other schools so we could buy online. The store staff were very friendly and helpful. The two stars are for their helpful service. We placed our online order one day later when they were having a sale (June 13th.) The boys pants and shorts shipped in a couple weeks, no problem. We got the boys shirts just a few days before school started in early August (about 7 weeks after placing our order.) We got one jacket in late August and the second in mid-September. Not a big deal that those were delayed as highs are still hovering around 100 here. But it is September 24th and we have not received a single one of my daughter's uniforms. School started 7 weeks ago. We placed our order about 15 weeks ago. How long does this place need to make uniforms? Unbelievable. She is wearing one used shirt every day to school, and a non-uniform skirt because have have nothing else. read more

Unfortunately, my review is the same as some of the other parents. I placed my order on 7/13 and have yet to receive my order. I have called customer service several times and the wait time is so long that the phone hangs up as a result OR if you have waited for some time, once you think you'd finally be connected to a live agent, the call is disconnected. I have tried emailing and it takes roughly 20 days to get a reply. I asked for a refund and was told that since the order is processing, then I cannot receive a refund for the 2 shirts. On last Wednesday, I made progress and was able to receive a refund for my daughter's skirt. This entire experience has been AWFUL and I wish there was another vendor my daughter's school could use as it has been almost 3 months and still no complete order. read more

This place has such a corner on the market in the valley it is the only part of the back to school season that I dread! They have terrible customer service, they have terrible return policies they have terrible shipping policies on things that aren't in stock in the store but they want to charge you $10 to ship them. I purchased a handful of items from them on their website. This is dated mid June. I received a hair tie 4 weeks later. 6 weeks later a received 2 shirts out of the 4 on the packing list. I call to let them know I didn't get the other two. I was told they were being re ordered and rushed. I am now at the 3 month mark without having the proper clothes that I paid for to get through the school week. The worst store . I cannot imagine why schools insist on buying uniforms from the store. First of all they lookHorrible after the first few washes. A Kohl's uniform is astronomically better quality than these. Secondly the Service is probably the worst I've ever experienced. I had to drive over 30 minutes in traffic just to do a simple return to find out that they are closed when the posted hours on the door and on the website say that they're open. We ordered from Dennis last year in June and they delivered some items before school started in August, but didn't get the polo with the logo until a week after school started. This year they are much worse, ordered again in June and it's now mid-August and no polo or expected date of delivery. When I have called the customer care line during business hours it will say aftr being on hold for a long while there is no one available to answer the call and to use the website. I sent in a request to cancel and received an email response saying my request is under review. It has been a week now since that request and still no refund or further response. So if you don't use credit cards and pay in cash, don't shop here. Spent over $400 yesterday in cash and today tried to return 2 items for a total of $45. Cashier said they can only refund $20 in cash. I said ok, return one of them and I will keep the other. The return was going to be $22.45 and she went and asked a manager if she could give me $2.45 over what was their limit. The manager told me he would have to call CORPORATE to see if he could refund $22.45 in cash. They had no problem taking my cash but boy getting it back isn't easy. They offered to give me a store credit but I have no idea if our kids will be at a Dennis school next year. Wish there was a better choice for buying uniforms, or at least another option. Not everyone uses credit cards. Some of us live on a budget and have gotten rid of credit. $20 refund limit in cash is unacceptable. I will do my best to shop elsewhere for any item that isn't required by our school and believe me I will tell the entire world about this experience. read more

I have spent the last three years getting uniforms from the store. Each year they manage to somehow get the wrong school in my order. Or the wrong size. And since all the great heart schools polos with the same it is very hard to notice. And then when I return I wait for a long time even though there's only two or three customers and they argue with me about the return or don't want to return full price etc. It takes so long to do returns or exchanges, it's ridiculous. I wish there was another choice. I have had a much better experience ordering online. But it is hard to tell your kid size with online orders. read more

I love the convenience of ordering online and I prefer the sizing here versus the other choice for my kids, but the store itself is in drastic need of better help. We waited forever at the register just to have someone COME UP to help us. There was a couple in line behind us (eventually) while we waited and another worker right there who apparently could not handle the register. I finally asked her if we were in the right place to pay and she said something like "yes, she's back there." It seems that if you only have one person that can work the register you should staff the store so that person is not spending 10-15 minutes with someone trying on clothes while paying customers wait at the register with the helpless girl folding clothes nearby. I went the night of their 15 percent off sale for my daughter's school. I would have just ordered online, but I had no idea what sizes she needed. While everything was as organized as it could be, there were so many people there it was a bit chaotic, to say the least. I waited in line for about 45 minutes to pay for the uniforms I had chosen, a very long wait after working all day. It may be a better idea to have the sale for more than one night, or perhaps on a Saturday. Also, they need more than one location badly; with all of the schools requiring uniforms popping up all over, I cannot believe there is only one place to go. When I returned on a non-sale day, the salesgirls were extremely helpful and I did not wait, but again, more than one store seems more than necessary regardless. read more
