My husband went to find the restroom while I went to find a table. There was not one person in there. I called out a few times but no one came. I figured I would grab a couple menus, sit down and wait. Just a few seconds later a very friendly young lady came in, not too surprised, and greeted us in a very cheerful manner. She said she would get our server, Danielle. Danielle was just as sweet and friendly. I was surprised at the low prices on the menu. We had a great breakfast for less than $20. The toast was grilled, not toasted, and was so delicious I asked for a to go box so I could finish it in the car. I never finish my toast. I'm sorry I didn't get pictures. We were hungry and needed to get on the road.

My heart was set on the "Cook's Favorite Con Queso" ($15.99) - "A hamburger steak topped with our own homemade green chili cheese sauce, sprinkled with cheddar cheese served with rice, beans, red chili salsa and basket of tostadas." The green chili cheese sauce was amazingly hearty and mild with spice. I did not want to stop eating it. Lol. I was not, however, a fan of the red chili salsa at all. It tasted too much like Pace Picante Sauce to me. The service was really great. Plenty of free parking. To date, they only had a sign that said "Restaurant" on the outside, so it was hard to tell if we were at the right place. No wonder my work crew always eats here when they travel to the Clovis area. The food was all so delicious. I did not order enough steamed dumplings ($6.50 for 6 pieces). Quickly I was reprimanded by both of my girls for this. But then I was quickly redeemed for sharing a few bites of my medium-spiced beef bulgogi ($17.99). The girls thought it was a bit on the spicy side, but we all agreed the flavor was absolutely amazing. Comforting. Both girls enjoyed a Korean ramen entree. The youngest said the spicy pork ($10.99) was really good. The oldest opted for mild spice with beef ($10.99) - and while she ate most of it, it took her a while because she doesn't tolerate spicy foods well. Recommended - but like many restaurants in Clovis, this place stay open only until about 8:30 PM and I believe they are closed Sunday & Monday.
