When the food we ordered arrived at our table, both orders were incorrect and had very subpar products. On mine, the hash browns were burnt and cheese was oh them which I didn't order. The waitress said that they have 2 new cooks in the kitchen. She took it back to the kitchen and reordered it without the cheese. The replacement was just as burnt as the original one but without the cheese. I told her I didn't want it. My wife ordered the southwestern Benny and the waitress brought a regular Benny. My wife told her it was wrong and the waitress gave the same excuse about the new cooks then asked my wife if she wanted a new one or just the southwestern components on the side. She chose to just get the components on the side. Bad choice because the chorizo was covered i in grease and the pepper sauce was inedible. The waitress said that she would comp the hash browns and give me the military discount. Once again that didn't happen because she said she couldn't do both when we went to check out. First off, 2 new cooks on their first day at the same time is a recipe for failure. On top of that, the waitress made no attempt to quality check orders at the pass. As we ate, we were sitting at the counter, the waitress continued to serve burnt hash browns to customers and in one case commented the if the customer she just served them to won't eat them then they are really bad. If it hadn't been so late, and we had just driven in from South Carolina, we would have gone somewhere else after my husband had to ask for a napkin to get the huge cockroach off the booth the server was sitting us at. She did not even apologize for the disgusting bug!! The server, while efficient, was not the friendliest. The food was horrible and came out at four (4) different times due to the kitchen not being able to get all of it prepared at the same time. We literally received our undercooked (almost raw) bacon, that was supposed to be "crispy", after we had eaten half of our food. Our granddaughter, who felt extremely sorry for another customer, found a bottle of hot sauce on a different table to take to him after the server took him an empty one. We will not be returning to this establishment due to this experience not being our first time dining there and receiving food that was horrible. My husband and I brought our three kids to eat dinner. Normally, this is one of their favorite places to eat. We spent 52$ plus tip for terrible food and service. Our waitress came to the table to take our drink order and immediately started complaining about how tired she was and could not even focus on taking our drink order and continued to complain about being in school. We finally were able to order and waited some time for our food. Our waitress disappeared for a while. Our food set up on the bar for almost 10 minutes before another waitress brought it to us apologizing that she hadn't seen our waitress in a while. Honestly if it hadn't of been for her I would have walked out which we should have done anyway. My husbands food came in multiple plates, spaced far out in time. The food was cold. My kids did not even eat their plates. Normally, they eat it all. My husband and I forced ourselves to eat ours anyway since we spent our hard earned money on it. We also did not receive a single refill, with 4 out of our 5 cups being empty. Our waitress was too busy kissing her boyfriend behind the counter. We will not be back and will be spreading the story of our experience with fellow Conway citizens to prevent others from the frustration and disappointment we endured. This was the most awful dining experience we have ever had, and we eat out frequently due to busy schedules. Love Dennys! This is a great place to have breakfast. Plenty of items to choose from. The place is fairly new and stays clean. This location usually isn't very busy unless it's early in the day. I usually like to go around dinner time when they are not as busy. The servers are also very nice. read more

12-16-2023 at 2am so 12-17-2023 we had a dash order and we went to the building and there was two females inside who watched us stand at the door and even tried to walk past once we got their attention and they went inside to talk to the cooks they proceeded to go out the back door trying to avoid letting us know anything we just so happened to see them for them to say "we can't do that" which would've been fine but the complete ignorance to go out a different door leaving costumers outside in the cold not saying a single thing is absolutely trash and they need to be retrained or replaced read more

10/10 On service and food quality! They were 3 staff members short but the two of them did a great job at taking care of everyone! Food was good and orders were right! Based on my first experience at this location I was very impressed! I think our waitresses name was Mary and I didn't catch the other ones name but they worked together as a team and rocked it out. First I'd like to say this is our first Denny's visit since it opened. I walked in with my 2 kids and my nephew. The sign said wait to be seated, so we sat in the waiting area and waited, and waited, and waited, and waited some more. After 2 waitresses, the hostess, and what appeared to be a manager ignored that we were sitting there, I googled their phone number and called the restaurant while mind you sitting inside WAITING. Finally the hostess at the bar area answered the phone. I asked her if someone seats us or do we have to do it ourselves since we've been ignored for over 30 minutes. She seemed to find it funny and said "yah, um here I come". Once she seated us she said "oh yeah I'm sorry about your wait" and walked off as my son was asking her a question. A waitress walked over got our drink order and appetizer order. After 20 more minutes of waiting we got semi warm boneless wing. They were actually good. And should've been considering we've been here so long. Normally I'm pretty good at being patience. But considering there was only 1 other table of people I'm confused on what's taking soooooooo long!!!! We arrived at 10:32pm, got seated at 11:06pm appetizer at 11:38pm and got food at 12:11am. Now the good side of this visit... our food tasted great! My steak was cooked to perfection, the veggies I ordered were great, and the corn was amazing. The service was great. We had Lisa and she made sure we had everything we needed. We didn't wait very long on our food. Maybe 20 minutes or so. The food was bland. There was no seasoning. If you think you want to get the salsa, don't. It tasted like licking a dirty ash tray. I got the all American slam. Eggs were bland, hash browns underdone and just all around BAD. I'm not a chef but I could make better food at home. We were left with a $32 ticket for an omelet, eggs, 2 sausage links, 2 pieces of bacon and toast. On top of bland food and awful salsa. We will not be returning. Food was terrible. Biscuits are charcoal and the toast was hard as a rock. Sausage links taste like plastic mixed with imitation meat and we waited 20 min for our to go order when arriving 35 minutes after we placed it. 3 eggs were supposed to come with our order there was a sliver of an egg in the container. Not to mention the jelly comes in an unmarked container and taste like raspberry jelly mixed with a ton of artificial flavorings. We have been to this Denny's location in Conway, AR three times. The first time was the first month they opened and we gave grace with the slow experience because they were new. The second time was take out during covid lockdown around April 2020 and our order was missing items. Today we decided to give one LAST and final go... literally. We ordered online, went in to get our order, only to get the wrong order (someone else's). My husband brought it to their attention only to be rudely told that they must have given ours to someone else. We had to wait an extra 30 minutes for our pre ordered and paid for meals. I was so disappointed. This trip to Denny's WAS a tradition with our granddaughter. Walking in the doors the first thing you see are dirty doors. We were seated and we were the only people in the restaurant. The booth table was sticky and the seats were crumb covered. When handed the menus they were sticky and dirty. The partitions between the booths were dirty and the window blinds were spotted with food. The floors were dirty and slick with grease. We placed our orders and when we were brought our drinks there was barely any ice. We were never asked if we needed drink refills. the food came and not at the ssme time. One food order was wrong and we were told it was someones "to go" order. The food order was corrected however there was no offer of any kind to make things better like offering free desert... comping the arson meal. If this Denny's was busy I would understand, but this was pure "we don't give a crap". We will never return to this Denny's-and will start a new tradition at David's Burgers. read more

I used to love Denny's. The new Conway Denny's is probably the worst managed I have ever seen. Understaffed Slow slow slow kitchen. Frantic servers. This morning the apparent manager called Taylor was rude, and treated her co-workers as slaves. She commented about "fat" customers behind their backs (which I heard!)and her mouth was disgusting. I saw her drop food on the counter and then put it back on the plate to serve a kid. OMG! At least when I complained the little guy at the register, he was pleasant and apologetic for my wait and made me feel that my horrible experience with staff was the exception and not the rule.
