As of now between their unfair staffing practices, acts of unkindness and general disregard to sanitation and safety of the customer I have to rate this place a 3 out of 5. Please fix upper management and provide better indoor decorations to improve the business. The best thing about the business is the food. I had crepes, hash browns, bacon, orange juice and chocolate milk. Everything but the crepes is absolutely destroyed in a fit of childish glee! That was only; that they cooled down. Wanda was my server. It's a Thursday morning. The Good: She's a nice person who seems to mean well. The pancakes, hash browns and coffee were good. The food was made quickly and subsequently corrected expeditiously (albeit she had to correct on 3 separate occasions). The Bad: Even with her writing down my simple order (egg white omelet, pancakes, hash browns and French fries with Tabasco) she still managed to get it all wrong. Very strange. My coffee cup was dirty. Her constant complimenting, while appreciated, was over the top and rather uncomfortable (especially when the order is continually wrong). "My love", "Beautiful man", "you're gorgeous", "my sweet", "my love", "my love" was all just inappropriate and frankly uncomfortable. Just a compliment or with no "my loves" and the correct order would of been EXCELLENT. The Ugly: The entire place seriously smells like a dirty dish rag. The Correction: Use clean rags, bleach and pinesol. Train Wanda to retain the pleasantries however keep them to a minimum and please focus on the task at hand. Worst service I've ever had. Went to pick up an order for Uber, was told my order wouldn't be ready for a little while (all I was waiting for was a milkshake) and after about 20 minutes of waiting, I was asked again what order I was picking up and they told me again that it wasn't ready, so I told them I was just waiting for a milkshake, to which their server walked to the counter and said "oh here it is." I was annoyed because the staff were just standing around talking to one another. And there was only one person eating at the restaurant. One person. I would not recommend ever going to this place. Extremely unprofessional, and it seems like the staff could care less about anything going on. So just to add on to this review, since I am now getting phone calls from their manager telling me to take this post down, I would take a good hard look at 90% of the reviews on your page. Mine should be the least of your worries, especially compared to the comments saying they had cockroaches under their tables and in their food. I will say that I have been here to this location many times. Never had a bad experience. The main reason I give 4 instead of 5 is from the waiting times. Possibly waiting to be seated, waiting for waitress, waiting for food... but the food is at least as good as you expect from the average Denny's. I'm actually writing this while waiting for my food and would appreciate my coffee being filled lol but I'm waiting for her to come ask if I need anything! BUMMED OUT. we waited an hour for half of our food to be underdone and the other half of foods that were fried were all burnt. the pancake puppies were solid rocks. We have them a second chance to make them right and they still came back solid rocks, not even fresh. They were probably the same ones, I believe, because they were cold and came back too quick. The waitress was throwing our stuff on the table and running away, not talkative or attentive at all. No refills. Pancakes are black. Carrots barely even cooked at all they were still hard. I will have to give up on going here any time other than the middle of the day. The service at this place is like Jekyll and Hyde, during the day it is just fine, but terrible at night. Went in around 3:30 am. I was the only customer. It was so cold in the restaurant that I was uncomfortable (I am a big guy and never cold), but was told that they could not adjust the temperature because it "had just been fixed". What?! I should have left then. The food was good, but all the staff disappeared after I received it. And I mean disappeared. Apparently, I was the only person in the building. Literally. There were five employees on duty when I came in-- 2 servers, a busboy, a cook, and a manager-- but by the time I had taken two bites of my food, they were no where to be found. I had planned on sitting for a while and working, but the cold and my empty drink made me decide to leave after twenty minutes. I could not find anyone to cash me out. I even yelled into the kitchen... no one. I was just about to leave what I thought would be enough money (I never received a check), when one of the servers came in from smoking outside. I was about to express how upset I was, when the manager and my server walked up discussing a stabbing that apparently happened in the parking lot earlier that night!! I was angry, and I looked it. Yet no one even asked how my experience was. I figured if the manager was going to stand within five feet of me without wondering if everything was okay (especially with the look on my face), there was nothing I would be able to say about it that he would understand. The manager was very rude when I did her a favor and told her about a group that ate and walked out without paying. They were able to catch them and collect their money. It was late evening when our two adults and two kids arrived for dinner. Only about 6 other tables were in use. It took 25 minutes for a waitress to take our drink order. We placed our food order at the same time. 20 minutes later we got our drinks. The manager said she had 4 servers but only one cook. OK, so why the wait on drinks? 15 minutes later we got our food. Never once were our drinks refilled or even offered. We never received a single straw for our drinks even when asked for them. The table tops were sticky. The bathroom was clean but no paper towels. The blinds were dusty, only noticed because of the excessive time waiting I became super bored. Wish I could give less than one star. Do not eat here if you are on a schedule. Ordered our food and waited....and waited....20 minutes later asked how our food order was and the waitress asked the cook and he said "I don't have any tickets"...so we got up and left. Other people were also waiting and no one had food...assume the same problem applied. You would have thought that someone would have checked on our order, the cook was walking back and forth and saw us sitting at table... Anyway, won't be back...recommend going to IHOP next door.
