I honestly give this place a 10/10 they have a burger meal deal and you get a burger, fries, chips, and a drink and which is honestly a great deal! I do recommend to them to lower on the salt tho, the chips were VERY salted so just lower the salt a bit but they were good. Overall I think the place was clean and the restrooms were decent. I contacted the establishment to make them aware that the food that they had delivered to me via the Uber eats app was unacceptable. It was over salted and it was sad. When I gave my feedback they explained they could not refund me because it was through a third party app. I spoke with Chelsea, the manager. I expressed my concerns that others could encounter this and it was so unpleasant. It made me want to talk to someone in charge. Unfortunately it wasn't resolved but it didn't seem as if it mattered. They use a third party distributor in order to obtain this food so it just could have been a bad batch. She agreed to go and check the quality of today's food, but it was a very terrible experience and I probably will not be selecting them through the app any longer. read more

We just left from having dinner, and I saw/heard a young lady that had asked to speak with a manager, as we were sitting near the waiting area. This poor girl stood there for 10 minutes kindly waiting not saying anything to anyone, just for the manager to come up snapping at her and physically usher her out of the building without even letting her speak. My wife and I make a date night every Thursday night and this place has become our favorite. They are often very busy as they are right off of I-45. The service is excellent. They have several servers that are better than average, but our favorite is Ashley. I've seen her deal with drunks, rude teens, and walkouts and still give us great service with a big smile. She works hard. She sincerely cares about her customers. The restaurant is pretty clean, especially for being busy all the time. The servers and greeters are friendly and competent. Their food is what you'd expect. They have a dessert that is a chocolate lava cake with ice cream that is simply awesome! I also really enjoy the skillet queso. If you downlad the Chili's app, this place participates heavily in the perks and free stuff they offer. If you don't have the app, you can join their perks program using the gizmo on the table and still benefit. If you go, ask for Ashley. If she's not working, you will still get a good server. I don't leave negative reviews often. But this last visit I had with my friends 100% deserves one. Yesterday was my 21st birthday. I wanted to go to dinner with my friends and teammates to celebrate at a place that has options for everyone and that we can all afford. I called yesterday morning and made a reservation. We show up and when it comes around time to order, this is where everything started going downhill. I went to order my first ever legal drink, I'm super excited, yada yada. Why did it take 5 minutes for our server to put my drink order in? It was a rum and coke. nothing super complicated at all. She couldn't even tell me or my friend what rum they had. As for all of my other friends, they said they had problems in terms of her not knowing prices, or what toppings some things come with. They would ask her something and they would just get an "I don't know". Even though she has the entire menu at her fingertips with the tablets they use, "I don't know" should not have been the first answer she gave several of us. Our food comes out relatively fast considering how large our table is and I can applaud that for a moment. However we were missing some sides and once we had our food our server vanished. Towards the end of our meal, they were very clearly trying to get us out. It was around 9pm when we finished our food and they closed at 11pm. They had a busser checking our table more than our server and they even left one of the buckets at the booth next to us to take back to dish. We did not feel very welcome at that point and already wanted to leave. During the timespan of us being there, we heard 4 other tables get the birthday song and a free lava cake. We told the server at the beginning that it was my birthday and I even had a little headband on and a gift on the table. Very obvious to anyone walking by. This was even mentioned after we were done eating when we asked for the cookie. All they did for me was walk it to the table and set it down. We did not receive the same treatment that the 4 other birthdays got and I was really upset. Granted, it's not the end of the world, but its disappointing. One of my friends then received their side dish after we had finished our desserts. What's the point? Keep in mind we have been there since 7:30pm and it is now 9pm and we were never once offered any refills. I had an empty glass from the bar almost the whole time and there was no attempt from our to make more sales there. Some of my friends were able to drink the melted ice in their water as their "refill". Checks were requested at about 9:30pm and she was insistent on taking our cards as opposed to scanning the QR code and paying online. After the service we had received so far that made a lot of us nervous. After our server walked away with our cards, we see her moments later running food for a different table. Double nervous. Most of us did not receive our cards back until almost 10pm. Triple nervous. I spoke with the manager to let her know that we never have had bad service when dining here, even with bigger parties, but today was very disappointing. It really soured the mood for the rest of the evening which I was looking forward to on my 21st birthday. The manager was very receptive of the situation and was able to get us our desserts for free (which mine was supposed to be free anyways but I'm glad I could at least get my friends tabs a little lower.) From that point on we saw the manager more than our server. In the end our server asked for us to give her a 5 star rating. Which is hilarious to me because she made us feel unwelcome, offered no refills, and practically wasn't there. I hate to pull this card but as someone whos worked in restaurants since it was legal for me to work, this was unacceptable. It is server 101 to offer refills and to make sure your guests have what they need. We usually have a really good time at this location but after what happened last night we will probably not be returning for a long time. read more

I have been the biggest scaredy cat about going to reopened restaurants since the Covid scare. However, with Memorial weekend coming up we decided to head south to the ocean and always stay in Huntsville for the night on the way down just to keep it leisurely. There's not a lot of dining options (or we haven't discovered them) so this evening we thought we would try Chili's. We donned our masks and both agreed that if it didn't look like safe distancing was in place then we would just turn around and leave. Well, wowee! Chili's has it going on! Maybe this is how all of the restaurants are doing it but this was our first ever since the pandemic started 10 weeks ago. We chose the bar area and tables and booths were spread out way over 6 ft apart. Not only did we feel safe but the staff was attentive and we actually had a good time! Chili's is one of those chains, in my opinion, that you always know what you're going to get food wise. Consistent and dependable the menu is the same everywhere and generally the quality is too. Most of the time it is ok. Normally the only difference is the service and the upkeep of the location. These make each location better or worse. This location was an example of a GREAT Chili's! There was 12 of us and only one server... I thought here we go... disaster! However the drinks were kept up with, food came out right and to order, and our server was fantastic! The location looked well maintained and very clean. I've eaten at a lot of chili's in my past... this location was one of the better I have been to. I'm not normally one that really would go to a chili's... (if not for a work lunch I would not have been here) but in my future travels to Huntsville I will not hesitate to return! read more

Outstanding. The server was excellent. The food was hot and came quickly. I have had ups and downs with this chain but this location restored my faith in always getting a great value with great food. I again ordered from the 3 for $10 menu added the guacamole for $2.50. Win win. You can't go wrong with that options. Our server was very good and I'll tell you how know good management is in place. Ashley is the best server without a doubt. But we did not have her tonight. Our server has left guest without drinks for 45 minutes, one 15% of our food came out before the rest of the guest. Even at that the food is cold. The server tried to be sneaky with up charging margaritas to the presidenti when house margs were ordered. I would be weary of coming here. And if you have a big top, plan to be here for 4 hours, 3 hours just waiting for the food. The new management has not even checked in on us. Thank you chili's for making one of my worse experiences I have had for the worst restaurant experiences since I have worked in this industry since 2016. When we walked into the Huntsville Chili's, it was like walking into ghost town, and we STILL had to wait 15 minutes...they had one side of the restaurant closed bc not enough wait staff and it was 6:30 pm!! Dinner time and half the restaurant was closed, what kind of restaurant management is that?!! So the food.. there's another story. We are locals and love stopping in every once in a while! We always sit in the bar and always get great service! The wait may take a bit, but we enjoy watching sports on the TVs. All the harsh criticism made me do this review today. This is a chain restaurant not a high end spot. The waiters are mostly college students and doing the best they can with a smile. Overall, not too terribly bad. In this town, there are very few places to go eat and watch a game on tv. Unfortunately, the best place to do that is in the bar area which is a smoking area because Huntsville has yet to get with the program and ban smoking in restaurants. Because the bar is open seating, it's better than waiting for a table for one or two people. The bartenders are attentive and go the extra mile. Tonight, we were unable to get a seat at the bar, so we sat at a table in the bar area. Our server, Nicole, was far from attentive. After we had finished our appetizer and were ready to order, she was not to be found. She eventually came close by, and we decided that we had better hurry up and spit out our order before she walked off. Before I could even utter that I wanted some butter on the side for my broccoli, she was gone. The mango chili tilapia I ordered came out smelling "fishy", which shouldn't be the case for good fish. The rice tasted like plastic. I took three bites, and pushed the plate away. Nicole came by to ask if I wanted another drink (eventually), but didn't take notice that I hadn't eaten my food, or ask if there was a problem with it. After a while, we got someone in management to come over, and rather than just comp the dish, a replacement was offered. Being late in the evening, I opted to get a dessert to go. I get it home to find it looked like it had been thawed and re-frozen, then slammed down on a counter or the floor. It will be a while before we darken their door again. read more

Had to ask two different people to have our server come to the table for drink refills and 'to go box.' This Chilis makes my heart hurt. Not in the cholesteroly, heart-attacky way, but because it is so boring and bland. My kids love Chilis, and I'm not really one for burning a place in a review unless it's terrible, so I gave it three stars. The service was very slow today, and no one was in the restaurant. We sat for quite a while before anyone showed up to take our drink order, but I will give them the benefit of the doubt on that one. A waiter asked if we'd been helped. When I said, "no," he immediately got someone's attention and took care of us. The food was okay, but not great. I had the loaded, boneless wings, but the order was wrong.
