Every surface of this restaurant is sticky. they floors look and feel like they've never been cleaned. Food was good, but something about eating in a dirty restaurant just doesn't sit well. They need to re- evaluate there cleaning schedules and change cleaning products if they call this satisfactory. Will not be back. read more

We love Sunday mornings at Denny's on hwy FF in Joplin, MO for breakfast. It's our granddaughter's favorite and we can't argue. The eggs are always cooked perfectly and the pancakes are always light and fluffy even better than IHOP's pancakes. The best thing about this Denny's is the service. The waitress, Tabetha, is always so welcoming and helpful. This is by far our favorite place for our "traditional" Sunday breakfast with our little granddaughter! read more

The nicest part of dinning at Denny's is getting to know our servers; today Kadicey took very good care our needs, bringing extra napkins and checking our drinks. She even laughed at my spouse's tired dad jokes. She is obviously an angel in disguise! The down side to Denny's is that this particular location is frequently out of a variety of menu items. Our server, Angelia, always takes good care of us. She is very attentive and always makes something right if there is a problem.

Had a large group (8)that came in, staff rolled their eyes and after standing there for several minutes the manager rudely said for a party your size it will be at least 30 min. They still had plenty of seating and this is not the first time we have been treated like this because we come in as a family as of 8-12. We know it's a large group but we tip well to compensate. But today was the last straw. Not to mention the dirty silverware provided last visit, stained dishes and glasses.l rude servers etc... If a district manager or higher reads these post, I suggest making surprise visit to the store, having been a a manager years ago I would keep one person that we have had and the rest a complete new staff. read more

I ordered the Holiday Turkey meal with 2 sides. The turkey and gravy were barely warm, stuffing was dry. The mashed potatoes weren't warm enough to melt the butter I put on them. We had a (late) breakfast here last weekend the place was packed so the food we ordered took a while. My girlfriend ordered onion rings along with the rest of the food. The onion rings were on the first plate that was brought to us (see photo). We both were disappointed by it (not enough onions rings and they were not cooked right) so we told the waitress that we didn't want them and to take it off the check (she did). Other that that, the ketchup which was on the table was pretty much empty so I had to ask for a new bottle. The omelet I ordered tasted great and the salad my girlfriend ordered was fine. This comment doesn't even deserve one star. We went in and we were automatically seated but then we ordered our drinks. I ordered a green smoothie and my husband ordered chocolate milk. they took like 10-15 minutes to bring our drinks back. The smoothie was great no complaint. the chocolate milk on the other hand was terrible. It didn't even look like chocolate milk. It looked like white milk with a hint of chocolate. We went on oh well, then we ordered and I ordered the egg Benedic(it's my favorite.) My husband ordered the Philly steak and cheese omelett. We waited another 25+ minutes for our food to come out. When I went to eat my food, my egg mcmuffins were so hard I couldnt even cut though it. It ended up flying off my plate. Then I went to take a bite and I cannot even explain the taste. The sauce tasted like mold is the easiest way. My husband said his omelette was not his favorite. The whole time we were there, they were all just chatting away with eachother. Don't bother to get the gluten-free English muffin as they don't know how to prepare them at this Dennys. It was like rubber, obviously microwaved. It wasn't edible. They should be prepared by toasting same as a regular English muffin. The waitress, Kayla, didn't even come back to check on us until almost ready to leave and when she did she asks 'everything good?' and turned to walk off before allowing us a chance to speak. But then later when she cleared our plates, she took the time to listen and apologized. I'm hopeful they will learn to prepare them correctly as there are not many restaurants that offer Gluten free and I appreciate that Denny's does. read more

you guys are busy they are always busy this time of the day on a Sunday so let me just preface my review by saying that. Don't bother with the crepe. It is super thin, greasy, tastes of bacon fat, and the sweet slime they dribble inside is terrible. I ordered a plain crepe and added lemon juice from a fresh lemon wedge and sprinkled it with powdered sugar. Brand new Denny's that just opened here in Neosho. Was hoping for better than the Shoney's it was replacing. Yeah. Not so much. Took Waitress 10minutes to come to table. 10 more minutes to get our drinks. Food came 40 minutes later. Wasn't that busy, but you could hear all the waitresses sending food back constantly. Of which ours wasn't that great. If you are thinking of coming in....may want to wait for the kitchen to get use to being open. Hate to be harsh, but it wasn't that busy. read more

Have to say, this meal started out great. It was the fastest we've got service and our food. Our server Cesar was fantastic. Always had coffee and our food! He was kind and helpful. They were short staffed and he seemed to be the only one working. A group of ten came in and another server, Ana, turned them away, very loudly for all customer to hear. Ana said they couldn't accommodate their size. They said they were willing to sit at different tables and Ana proceeded to tell them that it wasn't possible. Ana even went to the point to hold up a seating chart. The customer were not rude but definitely left disappointed. After they left Ana continued to talk about how ridiculous they were and that they are short staffed. After a few minutes we notice her standing behind the counter and starting eat while barking orders. Ana then left from behind the counter without washing her hands.. real classy. I would 100 percent recommend here if you could have Cesar for your server and sit as far away from Ana as possible. Again Cesar unfortunately is a 5 star worker, working in 2 star restaurant. Went to Denny's with the boyfriend for a date night. He got a T-bone steak and asked for it medium rare. It was brought to him medium well. It was chewy and his zucchini and squash was not fresh like advertised. I ordered the berry crepes and eggs sausage and hash browns. Everything was Luke warm or downright cold.
