My husband and I wanted breakfast at 5:00 in the afternoon, so we decided to go to Denny's. We don't Live there,,we live in Arkansas, but our favorite place to eat is Denny's anytime day or night. We had a great waitress, Jenny and the manager came around several times to welcome us and see how we were doing. The young man behind the counter even stopped his job and brought me a box. I get two chicken fried steak meals at 2am Monday and my over medium eggs are a puddle of raw eggs on both and one hash brown is nice while the other is scraped up from the corners of the cook top to complete the plate. Meanwhile the cooks just chilling since he rushed my meal to get back to his phone. The chicken fried steaks have turned into tiny palm size patties yet same price point! The food was unacceptable, the vegetables were cooked a long time and held a long time. The waitress talked to the manager and was going to give us a "discount ", the discount they gave us was the military discount which was less than the senior discount I normally get. We have been to the Dennys in New Boston. The service is good. We always get the breakfast special. It consists of two eggs, bacon or sausage links, and two pancakes . This a good breakfast. It's cooked well, and has good taste. read more

Sydney was an excellent server and remained calm in a very busy and stressful environment. due to electrical outages and inclement weather, the restaurant was packed out, but I was very impressed with her attentiveness and her smile made my day. By far, the best Denny's I have ever eaten at. The service was awesome, and my sandwich was properly prepared and fresh. The tea was fresh, and refilled promptly. I'm not a big tipper, but I gave 30%. Will definitely return. read more

We stopped for lunch on a long (is there any other kind?) road trip thru TX. Waitress "Jimmy" was very cordial. Working hard to meet customer needs under Covid restrictions. My senior omelet was very tasty and filling. DH senior chicken fried steak was "average". (White gravy bland and excessive quantity.) Here is the review I promised Jimmy, of the gluten-free english muffins: Actually fairly good - pleasant neutral flavor, and texture OK - but would be so much better if toasted longer so there is a little browning and crunchy crust. read more

On a road trip/vacation to Arkansas we stopped for dinner at this Denny's. We're usually a little hesitant about going to a Denny's, because we've had bad service at them before (especially in Dallas...world's worst!). However, this one was AWESOME! They were out of prime rib for the sandwich my boyfriend ordered, but for being 9:45pm and around Covid/meat shortage time in America it's kinda understandable. Chastity B was our server. She was AMAZING...super friendly and attentive. She even got us to go drinks without us asking. I always appreciate the little extras. Went here Thursday night and normally get served by a lady named Kacy but unfortunately she wasn't in so was served by a chick named Jaime I think was her name. Talk about the worst service EVER! She acted like she couldn't give me the time or day but was sure interested in a table with a couple guys. She spent more time blatantly selling herself I almost brought her my water to quench that thirst. She offered up a bunch of additional charges on my food and acted like it was an inconvenience to take our order! I come to Dennys for cheap food. I don't know who you guys have running this place but y'all need to rethink who you hire to serve. Cobb Salad with home made ranch dressing was quite good. I garnished it with steak which was tender enough and tasty. The waitress was pleasant and helpful but service was slow for a Thursday lunch time. Seems the kitchen might have been the problem although it did take a while for the waitress to get to me for the first time to get my drink order. read more

Let the public beware... Today, November 24, 2018, we stopped in to use the one bathroom, that serves Denny's, TigerMart Travel Center and a fried pie shop. When I arrived there were about 6 women in line, which on a Saturday at 11:30 am, after Thanksgiving holiday was not unexpected. Also in the line was a Denny's employee. The women's bathroom has 4 stalls. One Handicap stall and 3 other stalls. The handicap stall had an Out Of Order sign posted on the door. However, while standing in line we observed that neither of the two hand dryers worked, the paper towel dispensers ran out of paper towels and 2 of the 3 working stalls had run out of toilet paper and all three stalls that were open were filthy with what can only be described as explosive diarrhea. I asked the Denny's employee if she knew who to talk to about getting the paper dispensers refilled. She replied that she had no idea. After using the facilities I went out into the Travel Center to find an employee to fill the paper towel and toilet tissues dispensers and perhaps clean the toilets and dump the trash cans. There were only two employees working at the time. One was at the register handling gas, lottery tickets and such. The other employee was occupied down at the fried pie area. I grabbed a napkin dispenser off one of the tables and took it to the bathroom so that the women could at least dry their hands after washing up. It seems to me that on a busy Saturday morning after a major holiday that there would be somebody employed to clean and service the bathrooms. It also appears as if there could be liability issues should one of the employees that handle food not be able to properly wash up after using the facilities and go on to cook and/or serve food to unsuspecting public. This is a health and safety issue and should probably best be addressed with the health department or code enforcement. Personally I feel that should an emergency arise where I need to use a bathroom, I would go on to Skagg's or McDonald's and I certainly wouldn't eat at this facility. read more

Don't stop just keep going!! We were passing thru and needed somewhere to get my son pancakes so we chose the closet restaurant. Took an hour to get breakfast food and we were the only ones there. Saw our "waiter" two times and had to go up to the front and ask for a box and check. If I could give less stars I would. Not to mention the gas station attached to hit had horrendously disgusting bathrooms. I'm gagging just remembering it. read more

Blatantly ignored by our waitress while she played with a baby at one table and flirted with customers at another table. After our food was dropped off, we had to flag down other employees for refills, as apparently we became invisible to our original waitress. After being done with our food for ~45 minutes, our table hadn't been cleared and we had not received our check, with them not being even a little busy. read more
