Walked in and was greeted by the host. She was very friendly and helpful. After being seated, waitress came for our drink orders. We were a party 4. Out of coke so opted for Dr pepper. Out of seasoned fries so got sorta crinkle cuts/wavey fries. Waitress seemed annoyed we were here but took our order and was short and to the point. Place was not to busy,maybe 9 tables with customers. Food finally arrived however, ordered my Cali club bacon on the side......nope not on the side......took it off and ate the sandwich. Very good and happy with the choice. Probably be another 6 months before I return, however nothing really bad to report. read more

Went to Denny's for breakfast with a couple of friends. Sorry to say whole meal was undercooked Friends meals were nothing to speak of. The other side of the dining room set up to accommodate a bus of people. They came in are ran out. Seems this their priority. Wouldn't come back. read more

We went to 2 other local breakfast joints, one being Mom's Diner down the street and we were treated poorly. We weren't seated before the regulars and didn't even get menus before the regulars were getting their orders taken. So we decided to come here to Denny's hoping to have good service. The service was awesome! We got seated immediately and fast service. Deborah D was our server and she was super nice and always made sure we had what we needed. We stopped there to eat dinner, and the place wasn't crowded with one waitress and one cook working. Took about 30 minutes to get our food.

On 6/17/2024 A coworker and I went to have a late breakfast at 10:45 pm the girl came and asked us what we wanted to drink we told her a Coke and a water she then brought us a water and a diet Coke when I told her that it was diet she literally picked up my glass that I had already drank out of and took a drink then said oh it is diet that was what you ordered after looking at what she wrote down she then realized she had gave us the wrong drinks they belong to the other table so then she said she would bring me a regular Coke and take that one to the back for herself she also proceeded to tell us how she was the dishwasher trying to train to be a waitress and we then ordered our food which we ordered a chicken fried steak to go on top of the food that we ordered for ourselves so I ordered biscuits and gravy half order ham sausage and hash browns and my coworker ordered eggs hash browns pancakes and toast they brought her toast out about 15 minutes later and said that our food would be up soon because they were slammed which at this point there was only three tables of people in there and everybody at each table had their food then about 10 minutes after that they ended up bringing out my ham and sausage which were both cold and the sausage was still raw I then told her that I could not eat it I only took one bite of each and it was awful she said nothing about it other than our other food would be out shortly because of them being slammed she then brought out my coworkers food and I then asked her if she would get her fresh toast because her toast that she brought out earlier had been sitting there for quite some time so she picked up the toast with her hands and rubbed it on her face and said oh yeah I guess this toast is cold I will get you some new in the meantime she put the toast on the plate and then made the comment to us that she put it on the wrong table and proceeded to put it on the table behind us after rubbing the toast on her face then probably about 15 minutes later they decided to bring out my biscuits and gravy which was so hard you couldn't even cut them I tried to break them apart with a butter knife and it was like rock hard so she then took them back to the Cook and brought me out supposedly new ones which was actually the old ones pushed on to a new plate with one more biscuit I told her these are not edible they are horrible that I did not want them I then asked her for my hash browns and she said they were still cooking them because he hadn't started them yet next thing I know both waitresses and the cook are going out the front door they were out there for probably a good 5 to 10 minutes when they came back in the waitress then came over about the check and I told her we are not paying any of this bill she said she was going to try to get a manager's card to adjust the bill and she came back a little while later and said she got it all adjusted but $7 I told her we were not paying any of it because we could not eat any of the food it was absolutely horrible and I never did get my hash browns my coworker got her husband's chicken fried steak which by the time when we got out to the car it was all tipped over on top of each other in the egg yolks were broke it was like somebody just chucked it in the bowl absolutely disgusting I am totally blown away by the way the service is there and the things that went onI would not suggest anybody go there to eat and the s*** that I seen was disgusting I am appalled read more

I need to give them One star because filthy couple were filthy glasses filthy tables and they do not have anything social distancing the only one wearing masks are the servers some of the customers come in without a mask on some come in with a mask on but take it off and because of no social distancing there coughing at the table next to yours read more

24/2016 **This is for Dessert Only** Well the other night we wanted to get some dessert. As I stated in my previous post we are not fans of Denny's. Coming back from Shoeshone,California back into Pahrump you are very limited to where you can go. So I decided on Denny's , I figured then can not mess up Dessert or can they? I stuck with a Sundae and my husband got the new blackberry vanilla cake with ice cream and berries, Well the server we got was friendly and once we placed the order it came out pretty fast. Mine looked really good. His did not look like the picture it came out in a big bowl. Of course after we got them she was busy and my husband kept eating his. He asked me to try it and ekkkk the vanilla cake was like pancake batter! I am serious it wasn't cake it was a batter taste and was not cooked all the way through. Now that was not good when we were hoping for dessert to come out and have no problems what so ever. Mine was actually really good. So we told the waitress not for anything but so she would know. She said " Oh I am sorry we are out of the smaller bowls, it is suppose to look like the picture there and I will let them know to keep it in a bit longer" So we went up to pay and the girl asked how everything was. We told her. She said she was sorry that she knew also they have been trying to get it correct with the cooking time!! She handed us a card to use on our next time!! Oh wow. A next time? Maybe take out? That is such a shame why bother putting something on the menu if it hasn't been perfected by the chefs! **2 stars only because of the cashier for trying to make it better! read more

Been here a few times... never again. Waited 15 min for someone to even acknowledge us. Waited another 40 min for the food. Its always the same story..."cook is sick" "server never showed up". Avoid this Denneys at all cost. read more

Went for a late dinner and received the worst service ever! The waitress was screaming at the cook from across the restaurant. She took our drink order but never brought them. Had to come back and take our drink order again when she took our food order. We waited for over 45 minutes for our food that was left under the food warmer to the point that our food was mushy and luke warm at best. She was complaining to customers about the manager, the cook, and the other waitress. She was loud, obnoxious, and rude. We were never offered refills on our drinks or asked how our meal was. We did not even receive all our food. She then complained when we requested the food we did not receive to be removed from our bill. She was then upset by the tip we left her and stated, "Oh Wow", to us, as we were leaving. I do not mind leaving tips and even for so-so service, but in this situation, she did not even deserve what we left. Three tables stood up at the same time and had to wait at the register because she never brought our bills. AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!!! I understand the service industry is difficult, but this woman should not be working this field!!!! To top off everything, when we all went up to get our bill and pay for horrible food and service, there was a liquid all over the floor. The waitress stated, "Oh, that is nothing, just water some kids spilled." She did not clean it up, just put up a wet floor sign after someone stated - someone could slip. read more

Denny's is just a great restuarant to order any type of meal whether breakfast, lunch or dinner. All of their dishes are always hot and cooked the way you want them, if you ask for them to be different! Their milkshakes are nice and thick and delicious. They offer many of their old standby's and add different meals which are just a delicious as previous dishes they take off the menu. Their service is always friendly and all the servers are always looking to see if you need a refill on a cup of coffee or hot chocolate! If you need anything extra, they will willingly go and pick it up for you! You can ask the server if they would recommend any meal, and they will give you a general description of a food item. They are very helpful! Between the Management team and the employees at the Pahrump location, they are the tops! Great Pancakes, too! read more

We really liked her disposition and she made the beginning of our experienc here wonderful. To be honest, I'm not sure why this restaurant was so empty when we came in. Our server was nice and was on top of everything, and our food came out quickly and tasted good. It's also not in a casino, so one doesn't have to put up with the cigarette smoke which is a huge plus in my book. However, though we did enjoy our meals, the prices are slightly higher than other similar restaurants here in town. We will definitely be back. read more

Had a decent lunch here today with our courteous and helpful waitress named Shelly. We had the Hamburger and Nashville Hot Sandwich. Both were really good but the Nashville was not spicy to me more sweet than spicy but still good. We came right at the lunch rush service was good and the food didn't take a long time to come out. The only complaint is our booth and window could have been a bit cleaner. Overall satisfied with the price and meal. read more

My whole family loves Denny's.. however, when we went it was not the best service we have had. Our tables were not cleaned, they gave us dirty silverware, and the condiments were not very clean either. All you can eat pancakes, $4 anytime you want them! There is also a Healthy Fit veggie omelet that is super tasty with Tabasco or other hot sauce. We come in every Saturday and Sunday just to see the most amazing sweet waitress. She is amazing she makes sure that our food is the way we ask and it's always hot and served with the brightest smile. She makes us feel warm and cozy. The most friendliest server. We will be back.
