Service is horrible. First of, this location isn't busy at all no matter the time of the day. That alone should say something. Our waitress was pretty nice. She greeted us, took our order m, asked if everything was fine. The manager on the other hand! Geeez! First she yelled at an old man who asked for his order to be taken. The 4 tables they had with costumers went silent. Second, we asked for red skin potatoes for our my husband and I breakfast, my order had it but my husband has the has brown. So when I told our waitress, she said no problem and never took the hash's browns. When she got the red skin potatoes was when I took a bite of the hash browns. Literally she drops off the plate, doesn't make any effort to take the hasbrowns so I took a bite. We get our check we good. Only one bite was still taken off the hasbrowns btw. They charge us extra for the red skin potatoes when I asked the waitress why, she said the manager said her manager told her if they didn't want the hasbrowns they would have never taken a bite out of it. It wasn't worth fighting a ghetto person and at ghetto spot. So we just paid for them. I didn't take our waitresses name but she African American. The manager is white. Never again. The last I been there was literally 4 years ago never went back because of the service. But now never again. read more

Just dined here on 5/28 about noon with my partner and young child. We ordered a grand slam, cinnamon pancakes, and birthday cake pancakes. Our server, Alex, was very respectful and considerate toward us! We were seated within 7 minutes of arriving, Alex immediately took our drink order and brought the drinks, and our food was brought out promptly as well. Something that stood out to me was that when we asked for more coffee, Alex would pick up the mug, and step back from the table to pour. I appreciated this extra care to detail that he took to make sure my family couldn't be accidentally burnt the little things are important, and Alex is on top of it! read more

Dennys is an American mainstay and this location serves up tasty comfort food. I had a filling breakfast of scrambled eggs with cheese, sausages(excellent)and delicious pancakes. Had trouble sleeping so I came in around 6am and had a great experience. Gloria was such a great server. Never once had to ask for a refill, very attentive and polite. Food came out quick and hot. Peaceful morning and great atmosphere for a great breakfast. read more

I wouldn't recommend to come here. We ordered our food and our kids food and the food comes with sides and they charged us for it. Also they asked for a donation and we said yes but when we went up to the counter to pay. He charged us for another donation. I've only ever been to one Denny's with worse customer service than this one. The tip from the people before us was still on the table. It smelled horrible in the corner that we sat. The food took forever. My child's over easy eggs did not look like over easy eggs. I could hear a server having an inappropriate conversation with a customer. My boyfriend loves Denny's so I've tried to like this place for him but 3 strikes and you're out. This Denny's is franchise run. I ordered the boneless Buffalo wings which they were out. They did offer chicken strips buffalo style which is the same thing. Very skimpy on the sauce. 3 out of 4 meals were spoiled. Steak and potatoes were good, but the eggs, crepes, omelet. French toast tastes spoiled. They remade the crepes and they still were spoiled. We asked for ham in the omelette and they bought out a side of ham and told us to cut it and put it in our selves. The service was another issue. Kept having to remind her to get stuff. If she would've just wrote it down like normal she wouldn't have had to go back and forth 20 times. When we told the staff and manager the shrugged us off. Instead of apologizing and seeing if something like the milk or eggs were spoiled. I will never ever return to this Denny's again nor would I recommend to anyone even drunk at 3 in the morning. Surprisingly clean, fast service, food was 100 times better than expected for our Easter brunch. Honestly it looked just slightly above average but it tasted amazing! Bacon wasn't to die for though,just a heads up. We got the double berry pancakes breakfast and the French toast slam. I don't know why they have such bad reviews but we will definitely be back. This is my neighborhood Denny's and I will bypass it going forward. Our last visit was to out it mildly, awful. Our waitress is obviously under the influence of something much stronger than the weed she smelled strongly of. When I attempted to order a menu item she said that since she was the only server it would take too long and she wasn't doing that now. Fine. But what about the 2 other employees who are helping out? Poor organization. Our order took over 25 minutes to arrive and it was wrong, and brought by somebody who wasn't our server (maybe have them help serving?) and my order was wrong. She then tried to tell me I was wrong, but realized I wasn't falling for that and took it back. There was so much more going on, but between the obviously under the influence of drugs waitress, lousy service and disgusting attitude of others this place is no go anymore. read more

It has been a long time since I have tried this food establishment. What a pleasant surprise! We were quickly seated, and often checked in by the server. The senior menu was great, the food was hot, and we enjoyed a leisurely breakfast. The restroom was clean and tidy and the establishment was very busy, indicating it was a great place. Give it a try. Our server Nikki was excellent and the food was good but when because my 7yr old granddaughter had been in the hospital for 5 days(and a second surgery today)I asked if I could still use my birthday meal the manager said I was putting him in a "hard spot". I thought that was not very kind. He sort of tried to walk it back but I was already embarrassed I just walked away. BTW there were 5 of us there and spent over $65!! Go back? Have not ever experienced such intentional neglect/aggressively rude behaviors from a merchant before coming to this restaurant. Amanda was completely appalling in her area of customer service. I was simply picking up an online pick up for delivery. She went on to help everyone else, even said the words, "well they aren't going to tip me they can wait." Then after not talking to myself or the other customer in line for almost 20 min, she comes to say you need to sit down because it makes customers nervous when you stand. Basically forcing me. Placed an order through Denny's website for pickup. Get to restaurant and told order is not ready, give them 10-15 mins. I got out to the vehicle to wait. come back in 15 mins later. I ask about the status of my order. Told I already picked it up. Manager acted like informing of this closed the order. I had to state my case to get the manager to get my order made. 10 mins later the manager brings my order up to the counter. Get in my vehicle and half my order was missing. Didn't want to deal with this location anymore so I left after wasting an hour to get half my order. On another note, if you like pet hair and pet paws on chairs, benches, and tables this is the place to go. Magic unicorns! That's what Denny should be promoting. They might as will be promoting that because I have just as much of a likelihood of seeing a magic unicorn as I do the Dulce de Leche Crunch stack from Denny's as it is advertised. Twice now in two weeks I have gone out of my way to go to a Denny's to try out the Dulce de Leche Crunch stack. T-Mobile Tuesday is giving it away free of cost so why not try it out? This item looks delicious in the promo. The photo they advertise of this breakfast item looks delectable. Twice now I have attempted to obtain this item, as advertised, at two locations in anticipation of trying something delicious. Twice now I've come out of Denny's really disappointed in the results. The first time I ordered it take-out, took it home only to find myself in possession of this dry burnt thing. This time I ordered it and I opened the item right at the order counter, fresh out of the kitchen, and it was once again this woefully disappointing thing...a double stack pancake with a few drops of baked crusty goo dabbled in spots on an otherwise ordinary pancake stack. This time I called the manager, Randy, to the front, showed him the item, then pointed to the big poster right behind me that displays that the delicious looking image of the Dulce de Leche Crunch stack from Denny's and asked him point-blank are you capable of making this item look like the photo that you proudly present and advertise? He said yes. To which I pointed back down at this pathetic looking item that they presented me and asked him a follow-up question, does this look like the delicious pancake stack you're advertising? He sheepishly said no. He meekly offered to cook another stack but as I already I waited 25 minutes for this disappointing thing that they tried to shamelessly serve as the Dulce de Leche Crunch stack from Denny's, I told the manager that I don't have another 25 minutes to wait for yet a third chance for his kitchen staff to try to get this item served right. Have some pride in what you do. The kitchen staff clearly does not know how to make or cares not to take the time to make the item as it's advertised to be. I handed this sad looking pancake stack back to the manager and walked out without my meal. So I ask a question to Denny's, as a franchise, is where's my magic unicorn? 1. The service. We always have really solid service. Also, I've seen them really busy and short-staffed and still able to step up and give quality service. That is harder than people realize. 2. The food is solid. I never am like, "WTF is this?!?" I mean, it's Denny's - I'm happy when it's tasty, consistent, and hot. They manage to deliver on all 3. 3. I think management must be doing something to keep things rolling well.
