Let me first say that this review is absolutely genuine. I had been battling bad teeth for a majority of my adult life. I had slowly been having bad, rotten teeth pulled, fully knowing I was going to need dentures. After I had my last teeth out and had a scheduled appointment with a denturist, a Deniva ad came screws my Facebook for a free consultation. I signed up and was called the next day. I had an appointment within a couple of days. When walking into the super clean, comfortable office, my nervousness was quickly dispelled with the welcoming from the receptionist Jasmine. I immediately felt no embarrassment. I got a few x-rays, and Alison told me back to discuss my options. My implant surgeon, Dr. D came in and briefly discussed my options. I was sent home with an informative packet and my thoughts. I decided to bite the bullet (no pun intended) and go for it. Jasmine was super helpful assisting me in getting the necessary paperwork filled out. I met with the creative tooth master JoJo to get some molds taken of my jaws and scheduled the surgery. I was nervous on surgery day, but Dr. D took me into his office and thoroughly explained the procedure and what to expect. When it was time to hit the dental chair, I was ready. I had Stephanie (the assistant) on my left and Dr. D on my right. I had keg massagers on since I was going to be lying down in the chair for 6 hours or so. They were completely easy and empathetic during the procedure, and after the Doc finished the procedure and stuck my teeth in, JoJo came in and adjusted my bite, and I was off. I came here for a full mouth reconstruction, thinking that I needed to have all of my teeth removed. During my consult I found out that my bottom teeth were in fact healthy and I did not need to have all my teeth extracted. Only problem I had was getting my top teeth back into shape. I needed only a few extractions considering I don't have many upper teeth left in general, but my bottoms can be left in tact, thank goodness. I just wanted to take a moment and thank the staff for not trying to sell me something I did not need. I am happy I met the Dr during the consult too because he was the one to tell me that I was being misinformed by my general dentist. I went and got another opinion, as you can imagine I was terrified at this point. I was in-fact being misinformed. I decided to call back and go through with the treatment plan. With all the new information I had gotten, I felt comfortable to go through with the new treatment plan with Dr.Daryoush and Dr.Turley. I am so so so so grateful they didn't take my bottoms. I'm an adult with some pretty debilitating dental trauma. Really important and necessary dental work kept getting postponed because of my anxiety, and I struggled to find a team that could address what felt like an insurmountable amount of work. I landed in really good hands. Traumas and anxieties were addressed right up front and meticulously planned for. They found ways to engage me in the process so I'd feel less nervous about all the steps. A temporary bridge was necessary, and I got to watch the technician 3D print it which was one of the coolest things ever! I doubt Dr Benson went to dental school hoping that someday she could deal with my irrational anxiety, but you'd have thought it was her life's mission, and she has nailed it every step of the way. There is one more appointment in the process (the pretty teeth reveal!), but the really hard parts are done. In addition to highly personalized care, I got fantastic customer service and support throughout my journey with them. They coached me through the surgeries and recoveries for implants and their temporary dental implants meant I never walked out without teeth. I haven't seen Dr. T for over 2 years. when my bridge broke , I called the office and they got me right in. I ended up having a root canal and a new temporary bridge. Dr. T told me if I was patient he would take care of everything in one visit.
