I cannot recommend this business…read more First, I want to say the technicians and front desk staff are great. My husband and I met with them a couple of times to arrange full upper and lower implants for him. We arranged the surgery date, and signed the contract and loan paperwork ($40,000). They canceled the surgery twice the DAY OF surgery, and acted as if it were no big deal. My husband has severe anxiety, so was highly stressed and incredibly disappointed as this was supposed to be a positive experience and outcome. As an hourly worker, it was also highly inconvenient for me as I arranged to take work off both times. On 3rd visit, we had a different surgeon that we had never met before and told us they could only do lower implants as my husband would need special surgery to do the upper implants, which had never been discussed with us before. They also said they couldn't do the specific surgery needed, and when asked, they had no referrals ready to give us of who could perform the surgery. My husband did get the lower implants done and was happy with them, and we were refunded for the part of treatment not completed. But the indifference we felt at the way we were treated, and the stress and anxiety he felt over what was supposed to be an exciting and positive experience to help him feel better, made us regret our choice of this business.

If I could give Da Vinci Dental, Dr. Beau Keller, Dr. Andrew Keller, and Amica MORE than 5 stars, I…read morewould ABSOLUTELY do so without hesitation. These three people are so compassionate, empathetic, knowledgeable, intuitive, and genuinely care about their patients. Dr. Beau is definitely a genius when it comes to cosmetic dentistry and porcelain veneers. I spent countless hours researching cosmetic dentists to find the perfect dentist to fix the porcelain veneers I had done by another dentist, only six months before. Not only were my porcelain veneers, (done by another "cosmetic dentist") chip, brake, crack, had multilayered discoloration, were bulky, dense, and bulbous, they also crated, my controlled mild TMJ, to be extremely symptomatic. The porcelain veneers I had were so troublesome, that when I would bite and chew, my bottom jaw would literally shift to the right, intensifying the TMJ problem. With all these negative issues I was experiencing, my endless search ended with Da Vinci Dental and Dr. Beau. During my consultation, Dr. Beau spent so much time explaining the E-Max porcelain veneers he uses and why he uses E-Max vs the multilayered powder material that I had. He further discussed the entire fabrication process, the shaping and contouring he does specifically geared towards the patient's individuality, and why he spends an enormous amount of time perfecting the bite pattern, because he understands how critical it is to have the ideal bite. After our consultation, I knew, FOR A FACT, Dr. Beau was going to remove my crummy porcelain veneers (that I was ashamed of) and apply E-Max veneers that would make my smile beautiful, something that would regain my confidence. He did just that, my smile is radiant, my veneers perfectly compliment my face, but most of all, he corrected my bite pattern and now my TMJ problems, have drastically declined. Dr. Andrew is wonderful at applying the final E-Max porcelain veneers. He is so gentle, and kind, and always checks in with you to make sure you're doing okay during the process. He does not want the application to be uncomfortable and painful. Believe me, that's fantastic, because with my past experience, the dentist basically tortured me and I was in so much pain, even causing bruising, due to the roughness. Dr. Andy is the exact opposite; I was totally pain-free and comfortable. Amica is the soul of Da Vinci Dental. She is one of the kindest people I have ever met. She is wonderful with communicating with you and making sure you are informed every step of the way. She answers all questions you have intelligently, honestly, and openly. You are never hit with a surprise or unexpected financial cost, everyone and everything is transparent. So with all this said, I KNOW, I did not make a mistake going to Da Vinci Dental, and I have confidence that you will also have ZERO REGRETS.

Dr. Keller was able to get me in the next day, design temporary veneers, and took his time to make me look like myself but even better. I also had to have a medical surgery in between and they were so accommodating with scheduling. When the real porcelain veneers came in, they looked so natural. Highly recommend DaVinci and their team!

Her staff was personable enough, but the work she did was so terrible I had to get it RE-DONE just weeks later. My new dentist was appalled that she would have allowed me to leave her office and arranged to have x-rays sent to my insurance company to explain why I had to have re-work done so quickly. The insurance company and my new dentist asked that she PAY ME BACK for the work she did. I went in for regular dental work and needed two fillings. I warned her up front that since I was a pre-teen, I have had a very abnormal reaction to numbing agents. It takes A LOT to get my numb. This is because I have a central nerve that runs VERY close to the surface. I have had multiple doctors confirm this. She said okay, no problem. When the work started she gave me one round of numbing and tried to start work. I told her, "I'm sorry this is very painful. I told you I am a little different." She said, "Oh you just need some more time for it to work." OK. She tried again 15 mins later. Again, INTENSE pain. I said, "Please, I am telling you, this is still painful." She reluctantly gave me another round and waited another 20 mins. (Mind you I am now 45 mins in the chair and nothing has been done). She tried again and I said it was better, but still could feel things. She said, "You shouldn't be able to feel this." And I reminded her for a THIRD time that I have a different physiology than many. She then leaned into me and asked, "Well I know you may not want to say this, but are you on drugs?" EXCUSE ME?!! "Well this would happen if you were a heavy recreational drug user. You should just tell me if you're an addict. That would make this easier." I was STUNNED. I had warned her prior to doing ANY of this that I have had trouble with numbness and THIS was her reaction?! It sadly bears stating, that I am a black woman... I hope that is not why she made this ridiculous and offensive assumption, but ..... "NO." I told her. "I am NOT an addict or drug user. This is exactly what I told you about before we started nearly an hour ago." "OK if you insist... but it really would make things easier." I wanted to get up and walk out, but I am now mid-drilling (she did SOME before I couldn't take the pain anymore) and I didn't know how to leave with my mouth LITERALLY mid-procedure. When she finally gave a final round of numbing agent and I could take it. But since we were so far behind she kept stopping the work and going to work on OTHER PATIENTS in the middle of my procedure. Finally 2 hours in on 2 fillings, she barely buffed my fillings and said...OK you'll have to come back another time for me to finish. The feeling in my mouth was UNBELEIVABLE. The filling was so rough I could feel my tongue was going to be rubbed raw. My jaw was ACHING (I have TMJ) from holding it open for 2 hours. And what I didn't know is that her work was so harsh that my gums would recede. They are STILL (a year later) not normal and I have to have my new dentist put a protective sheath around them every 6 months or so to prevent pain because my gums have never been normal again around those teeth. My new dentist is lovely. She Immediately LISTENED when I told her about my issue with numbing and I have NEVER had a problem again. When she saw the work Dr. Nguyen had done, she was so disturbed she said she wanted to make sure she documented the HORRENDOUS work she did so that it could be corrected without me having to pay out of pocket. (Insurance companies will not pay for duplicative work in the same 6 month period without documentation.) The insurance company agreed to pay -- process that. I asked my new dentist what I should do about this. I was traumatized, discriminated against and my teeth were REALLY messed up. She said the only thing I could do would be to ask for the portion of the work I paid for to be returned. When I called Dr. Nguyen's office to explain. Her staff was again, kind but all I received from her was a folded blank piece of paper in the mail from Advanced Dentistry, with a check for $248. PLEASE DO NOT GIVE Dr. NGUYEN YOUR BUSINESS. DO NOT TRUST HER WITH YOUR DENTAL HEALTH. PLEASE don't be me.

Over the years I have had a few difficulties with dentists (from billing to just packing up and closing down with no notice) so I was a bit apprehensive about going to a new one however I knew I had some significant work to be done. I arrived to a warm and welcoming office with a great receptionist who easily looked up my insurance information since I had forgotten my card. Soon enough I was brought back and Dr. Manchester talked with me before hand to get an idea of what my concerns were and then she performed an in-depth (compared to what I had previously had) exam taking numerous pictures/x-rays. After My Initial exam I was scheduled to come back in on another day for a formal review of what the Dr. Manchester thought I needed and how we wanted to proceed. They were very mindful of cost, time and in general how well I was treated allowing me to feel at ease while scheduling the beginning of what will be a bit longer of a process than I would like - however all of my options were carefully explained to me so I could make the choices I wanted. My next visit was for the initial deep cleaning (they do one side per appointment) which went about as good as that sort of thing can go. The dental hygienist was very nice (as is everyone else seemingly) and thorough. What is an uncomfortable appointment was definitively made much nicer through her careful attention and friendly demeanor. Last but not least I would like to say that about a week after by cleaning I received a hand written note thanking me from the hygienist and it is those little details which separate Renton Smile Dentistry from the rest.

I took a week's worth of antibiotics that they prescribed and still had mild swelling so I asked for more antibiotics. They stated that they could now do the infection even with the inflammation and then give me more antibiotics. The scheduling was a fiasco, partly my fault, partly theirs. Finally get and appointment and they call back saying I would have to pay the total for the extraction that day (a week before the appointment). I said I was happy to pay when I came in for the appointment before any work was done. I said I was happy to make a deposit, but was uncomfortable paying in full that early. They canceled my appointment! I've never heard of paying a week before dental or doctor treatment.
