I had been a patient here and generally had a positive experience until a recent issue that caused me to lose confidence in them. Despite already having my previous records, another scan was performed without informing me that my insurance was unlikely to cover it or explaining why repeating it so soon was clinically necessary. I was later sent a bill for something I wasn't told or informed. Had I been informed beforehand, I would have appreciated the opportunity to discuss the necessity of the scan and any potential out-of-pocket costs. I raised this concern with them but unfortunately my concerns were not addressed in a way that restored my confidence. I hope this feedback encourages them to have clearer communication with patients regarding treatment decisions and insurance coverage in the future. read more

Type of care- received a cleaning and need a root canal. They have the most enhanced technology with alot the latest and it makes for an easy seamless experience. Samantha who took my x- rays was gentle, caring and didn't just rough me up or force into my mouth. I was also able to view everything in real time on a screen mounted in front of me. Ken did a great job cleaning my teeth and seemed to truly care about them. He gave me a lot of insight, friendly conversation and Was extremely knowledgeable and experienced. I can't wait to go back. Also, at the front office they provide me with options on receiving care for no insurance and in-house membership programs. This place was recommended to me by my husband long ago and since my first visit, they have not fallen short of expectations. Always get done in about 30-45 minutes. If i get there on time and they are tending to other customers, I tend to only wait 3 minutes at max. Checking in is easy as well. Just arrive at the front desk and there is a portal for you to enter your name, date of birth, and you are ready to go. What i also love about this place is that while they work on your teeth, you have the option of watching Netflix. If i am late about 10 minutes, they will send a reminder to ask if I am on the way or not. Sometimes I tend to be so they are able to wait on me if i am only 5 or even 10 minutes out. Their text messaging system makes it easier where you can easily confirm your appointment. Sometimes if they have room for an earlier appointment, they will even text you the day of to see if you want to make it in at an earlier time or not. If you need a new appointment, always call 2 business days prior so that you dont get a late fee tacked on. Overall, a great dentist to visit. Despite me living about 40 minutes away, I will continue to make my commute to visit. read more

Dr. Anna is incredibly talented. She made me the most amazing Denture I have ever seen. She was brilliant in its creation and even let me give some input on gum and tooth color and shape. She took her time and made sure everything fit perfectly, it fits so well in fact I experienced no speech interruption and have no lisp. She shaped it so that it would support my face in the areas I've lost muscle definition and tone and I honestly think it has changed my entire face. On top of all of this she was also highly informative about several issues with my health and because we caught them early, with some alterations to my dental routine Ive been able to reverse about half. She did all of this within an incredibly short time frame and just all around blew me away. I absolutely could not be happier with the results and I think it shows in my smile. If I could do zero stars, I would. I have been going to the same dentist office since I was a toddler. Dr. McKenzie was great. The ladies up front, accounting, you name it- He had a great group of people in the office. When Dr. Danieli took over, it took some time to warm up to her, unlike Dr. McKenzie, she was quick to act. The prices seemed to go up, but I have been going to this office for so long, I didn't want to go through the hassle of switching.. I am now 36. I will NOT be going back here. I had a crown back in August of 2013 and the old bookkeeper told me I had a zero balance after I made a payment and had an insurance adjustment. Now, after two years, they are coming back at me saying I owe a balance. I haven't received a bill until last night. This is fraudulent and shady on so many levels. You just lost a long time patient. Update: This has since been taken care of and I very much appreciate the office manager for taking care of this matter. read more

As you all know I've been getting a considerate amount of work done on my teeth lately. I came in expecting a root canal. After this experience I'd rather do a lot of other things I hate doing. It started out alright the basic are you comfortable are you ready sort of deal. I was nervous and shaking, so the hygienist put the happy gas on me as soon as it touched my nose it vacuum sealed its self to my face, this happened twice. I thought about leaving but I was already half numb. Oops, big mistake. The doctor removed the splint on my teeth, scraping here, drilling there. She was really rough and it hurt even though I was numb. Finally they put the rubber dam on and got started on the root canal. She debated with her nurse on which tools worked best and what they should do. Altogether it took them two hours to do one tooth and fashion a new splint. I should mention the next day I had a new appointment refered by her with another dentist. The next day they redid that tooth and one other that she wasn't sure about. Also three days later I still have a badly bruised nose. read more

I have been going to Dr. Anna Danelli since she started working in this location. She took over from my former dentist who retired. I find her extremely gentle and knowledgeable. She is willing to describe what is causing my problems perfectly and let me know the how she can provide the best treatment available. I have never had the outcome I expected - it is always been much better and with less pain that I thought I'd have to endure! I would recommend her and her staff (especially Ken the hygenist) as A+ professionals. Her staff has the insurance side worked out before treatment begins which allows me to know going into it how much I will have to pay out of pocket - this service is very much appreciated. I have always "feared" going to the dentist, but can honestly say that I find myself relaxing in the chair almost every time I go there. read more

I have seen Dr Danieli 3 times now and have a 4th visit coming up. I appreciate her willingness to explain what is going on and what she sees and the best treatment that she can recommend. I have been to a few dentists who you could tell don't make you feel comfortable and make you question the work they do. Dr Danieli has made me feel like i have a handle on my Teeth problems. I have been very comfortable when a procedure is being done i have had a tooth pulled, a few fillings and working on 2 crowns. I have been the happiest. I have been going to this office since it was run by Dr. McKenzie. The staff has always been pleasant and the service has been great. I read one review about a bad billing experience. I have never experienced any problems with billing. I paid an out of pocket payment during a visit and it was later determined that the co-pay was not needed. I received a check in the mail a short time later. I didn't ask it just came in the mail. I can spend a day or two explaining all the billing issues I have had with Valley Medical, Multi-care, Regence, Sound Health and Wellness ect... and I can say with out a doubt that this office has been great with regard to proper billing and credit. The care also has been great. Its a smaller office so some items like crowns and those sorts of items need to be sent to an external lab. That would be my only real complaint if I had one. Recently I went in to have a couple crowns done. Since I have two insurance policies they are covered. During my appointment I realized I would be in Mexico before the crowns came back from the lab. The staff had bent over backwards to have the crowns in place before my trip. At no additional cost. They mentioned their might be a fee and after calling the lab they determined they would be able to fit them before the trip and with no additional fees. The Doctor Danieli personally called me to check on my health and to let me know they could accommodate my request before my trip. When is the last time your doctor called you to schedule an appointment?? She called my home and work to check on my health and let me know she could get my crowns placed before my trip. The staff over the years has not changed much with the exception of a few retiring and that kind of thing. My care has always been great at this office. Not only do I always recommend Dr Danelli to friends I have been willing to drive 15, 25, 40 miles depending on where I lived/worked to stay with this office. I have had another great visit with Dr. Danieli and her staff today. Today I had two crowns done. I have had atleast 5 crowns done in her office and have never has an issue with any of them or had to have a root canal. This doctor does not choose to do unnecessary work that is not needed. Dr. Danieli and her staff go above and beyond to take care of me and my family when we come to visit. If you ever need a crown I would recommend Dr. Danieli and her staff if you want quality work.
