My a/c decided to not work during a recent heat wave. I called another company who came out, popped the panel and said I need a new unit and sent out a salesman. I decided on a second opinion and called Denson (who originally installed the unit). The tech popped the panel and said the pressure, etc. looked fine! He went downstairs to the electric panel and found the probable culprit right away. He suggested I call an electrician and if there were still issues, to give Denson a call back. The house call was priced reasonably for the awesome troubleshooting he had to do. An electrician was called, arrived, and fixed the issue in an hour! Called on a Monday about the heating/cooling system not working and the service technician, Zach, came out the next day. Fixed the problem within 10 minutes. One word describes Zach very well and that word is "Outstanding." What a nice and friendly gentleman. No complaints here! Three of my neighbors recommended Denson Heating and Air. Dane was professional, polite and had us up and running within an hour! We thought the price was very reasonable for the work that was done. When my house was built 17 plus years ago I had someone my boss recommended install my HVAC systems. Shortly after that I needed assistance, and that contractor told me I lived too far away for him to come help me. YIKES Denson to the resue !!! The Denson techs evaluated the system, found a few issues and got everything operating as designed. Needless to say they are who I trust to maintain our system. And when something does break, they are are promt to come diagnose and repair the problem. Everyone I've talked to at the office, and the techs coming to the house, have been polite, and professional. Denson techs recently replaced a control board for us and made some adjustments that will allow the heat pump to run more which will save us money on propane. Both Randall and Colton were fantastic. I noticed my AC not working on weekend, the fault indicated no input signal. System still under warranty so left email for service. Monday, I promptly received a call from Peter, a dispatcher, he sent Colten out. Colten discovered the board had failed. He ordered part and returned to install, while board was working, found fan motor had failed. Again, he ordered part and installed 9/15/25. Everything is working now. Parts under warranty, only paid labor that was fair. He explained zone systems to me in a manner I could understand. I will be using Denson again. We accidently let our annual service contract lapse. Called Denson's office on Tuesday, April 30, and they renewed us immediately. On Wednesday, May 1, their service tech, Colton, arrived.
