He was taking care of our home long before we purchased it and clearly knows the system inside and out. My husband and I have owned a number of rental properties over the years in various states, and as a result, we have dealt with various HVAC companies, both for service and maintenance, and these guys are the best, hands down. Even though our system is old (they don't make them like they used to ), Scotty has never tried to tell us it's time to consider replacing our system or sell us silly upgrades, something other companies we have worked would have absolutely done (and have done to us in the past). They also don't call me and try to sell me additional services. James Thomas and Scotty have our business for life! Now I understand why there was a James Thomas magnet with Scotty's name written on it on our fridge when we moved here.

My house had two 25 year old Gas Furnace/AC Units with the old R-22 freon that started to wear out…read moreand required repairs every 6 months. The experienced team at Integrity Air led by Brandon suggested that we start to look at replacement options proactively and not wait for total failure in the heat of the summer. This was excellent advice. Integrity Air came over to our house and suggested that we replace our old outdated units with the more modern higher efficiency furnace/AC units and made suggestions for better installation techniques to remedy the previous installation problems. Since we planned the project in advance, we were able to schedule the installation project based on our schedule. We selected the middle grade products from Rheem which provide high efficiency ratings of 95% for the gas furnace and 16 SEER for the AC units. Company is no longer family owned. It was sold to two guys who have another company in Chicago…read more Guys lied to the old owner about being family oriented and customer forward. They are price gouging like crazy. Jacked prices up to 3x or more than they were with Hugh. They do not care that the locals have been loyal to Cheshire for so many years. They're changing everything from trying to turn service techs in to robots to somehow trying to create Cheshire as a brand. They try to cut corners and order cheaper parts to make more profit. Only for the parts to be wrong and it take even longer to do a repair. And then the best part is if an employee has an opinion about the way they're making changes, they're fired. Tommy is no longer a tech here. Jeremy is gone. Matt quit. I'm sure Sam is next. These guys are also operating on paper as Cheshire home services because they do not have proper certifications and licensures to operate a HVAC company. Pretty sure they're trying to create their own supply house where they will sell their own units and have people to service them. Do not trust these new owners. They're nothing but liars and they will rip you off. Parts that cost maybe $100 l- you're gonna be charged over 5 times that cost. For example- the customer who had a system still under warranty. But the new owner, Josh, decided he wanted to push a new system on this guy. Like. The unit is still under FACTORY warranty. Not even into the extended warranty yet. He's a SCAM. They're gonna run the Cheshire name into the dirt because of the scam they are running in Jasper
