My house had two 25 year old Gas Furnace/AC Units with the old R-22 freon that started to wear out and required repairs every 6 months. The experienced team at Integrity Air led by Brandon suggested that we start to look at replacement options proactively and not wait for total failure in the heat of the summer. This was excellent advice. Integrity Air came over to our house and suggested that we replace our old outdated units with the more modern higher efficiency furnace/AC units and made suggestions for better installation techniques to remedy the previous installation problems. Since we planned the project in advance, we were able to schedule the installation project based on our schedule. We selected the middle grade products from Rheem which provide high efficiency ratings of 95% for the gas furnace and 16 SEER for the AC units. We called out another AC company when one of our units wasn't working. They diagnosed several issues and believe it is an install issue. Integrity installed two units for the prior homeowners in March of 2020. It was used for the summer and didn't work after. The AC company who originally looked at it believed the freon added in 2020 kept the unit going thru the summer but leaked out. I contacted the previous homeowners who informed us we had a warranty so we called out Integrity. They were helpful with switching over our warranty with Trane but informed me we were outside our warranty for labor (1 year). I had them come out and they believed the outside expansion valve needed replaced and said we would "start there". I relayed the information I had from the AC company I paid to come out prior and told him I really would like all the work completed at once so I don't have two freon charges & additional labor. I also told him that they believed it was an improper install that contaminated the lines. I was told that I "could go with another company". The office lady had told me the same thing when I called and told her what the other company had found. I still wanted to proceed with Integrity because I hoped that they would do their diligency & realize that they installed the unit incorrectly and make things right. He came out, corrected what he believed to be wrong & our AC is out AGAIN, less then two weeks later. They can not give me a time someone can come out & expect someone to be there all day. The manager called me and I explained my concerns for him to tell me to use someone else, that he knows how to install AC's. The previous owners spend over 10K installing the units and the man doesn't want to insure that they were correctly installed? Who doesn't make a mistake once in awhile? What a joke. read more

We first used Integrity Air last year when we were stuck in record heat waves with no AC back in 2012. Nobody else was willing to come out the same day, Brandon and Ronnie though understood the urgency and made a trip out. They were professional and courteous with a lot of AC knowledge and fair prices. Today, my main unit in the house started leaking water and they came out and fixed, as well as did an overall health check. What I love about these technicians is they will show you the issue and teach you how to keep it from occurring in the future. Had a leak in evaporator on one unit. Integrity replaced it and discovered it was under warranty so new evaporator coil was free. Just paid for labor and coolant gas. They also noticed incorrect duct-work on air return and corrected it. Work was done quickly and very professionally at a reasonable rate. Enjoying the cool air now!
