As discussed, he called prior to heading over and guess what, he was going to arrive a little earlier than promised - amazing! When any mobile vendor arrives, my first impression is always provided by the vehicle they arrive in. Is their vehicle clean, free of crash damage, etc.? After all, this is their mobile office, their place of business, their mobile billboard. The vehicle he arrived in was older, but showroom quality. The only reason for the rating is due to the finished product of the paint. After the initial repair, there appeared to be "dimples"/fisheye around the whole bumper with a slight overspray on the grill. I brought it back to have them attempt to sand and repolish but no luck and there was a tiny scratch from where they tried removing the overspray. They asked me to bring it back a week later to repaint, but still the same issue and the scratch was still present. Definitely still grateful for the repair but will need to eventually find another shop to respray the whole bumper.
