Jon was awesome to work with from start to finish. He was super friendly, upfront, and honest about what they could realistically do. He told me they probably wouldn't be able to fully make the dent disappear, but that they'd get it to the point where it wouldn't really be noticeable. I really appreciated the honesty. When I picked up my car, I was blown away. I can't even tell where the dent was anymore unless I know exactly where to look. The repair turned out way better than I expected. On top of that, the price was very reasonable, especially considering how good the results were. I used Yelp's project tool to reach out to multiple vendors that provided a mobile dent repair. Although most vendors were very responsive, Aldair, the owner, was extremely easy to work with. He provided a quote quickly and answered phone calls immediately. We made an appointment for 9:00 AM at my home. As discussed, he called prior to heading over and guess what, he was going to arrive a little earlier than promised - amazing! When any mobile vendor arrives, my first impression is always provided by the vehicle they arrive in. Is their vehicle clean, free of crash damage, etc.? After all, this is their mobile office, their place of business, their mobile billboard. The vehicle he arrived in was older, but showroom quality. You could tell he took pride in his ride...which tells me he likely takes pride in his work. The work itself was amazing. You cannot tell where the door ding was. In watching him work, you could see the years of experience, craftsmanship and attention to detail! I wholeheartedly recommend Aldair and his company!
