Unfortunately the more the car was taken apart, the more damage was revealed. I want to give a huge thanks to Denise. She kept me in the loop the whole time and even tried helping me with getting a rental. She would even work from home just to make sure that I knew what was going on. It required more work than they had initially thought, but they did such an amazing job that you can't even tell anything ever happened to the car. My daughter's car needed body work and I was referred to Dave's Body Works by a friend. From the moment I walked in, Aaron and Denise were welcoming and made me feel comfortable. Since I was paying without insurance, I asked Aaron for two separate estimates and he went right to work with both. I was very surprised and pleased with how reasonable the estimates were. Aaron gave me the timeline for the work to be completed and it was completed on time (which made my daughter very happy). Her car looked great and it was even washed and polished! I had them paint my 2006 GMC in fall of 2015. The color was fading from the hot Las Vegas sun. There was no body damage just needed paint. Dave promised me a lifetime warranty on the paint work and he would use the best clearcoat rated coating with the highest uv rating. It was a lifetime warranty. Well I still have the truck and had to take it back for the same paint fading on the hood and roof in spring 2020. This is now fall 2021 a little over a year later and the clear coat is not holding up. It looks terrible. I don't know if they created me on the quality of paint and clearcoat. As you can see in the pics. The clearcoat is pealing badly. My truck looks awful. I would advise you to look elsewhere for a good paint job. Not sure about their body work is as, I didn't need any. It looks worse now than when I went back for the hood and roof. They happened to loose the record of the first original. They said their system was changed since I was there and they didn't have my original record. I did have my copy for the warranty. read more

Completely trustworthy while delivering exactly what they promised along with a price that was far below what I expected. Was referred by a friend who's had his car done here a couple times and told me to ask for Denise. Went in Thursday after work to have her look at my door that is having a hard time shutting after the wind and A worker cleaning the back said she was gone and Eric would help me. Working in the nightlife I could tell this dude Eric was drunk. He came into the office stumbling and reaked of beer and I told him that I came to see Denise. I don't know if this is brother sister or husband and wife shop but he had nothing nice to say which ain't cool and totally gave a bad vibe. Not good at all. I was in an accident and my attorney recommended Daves Body Works for my car. 1 of the damages was the back panel of my driver seat was popped out due to the car seat jamming up behind it. During the inspection, I pointed out the damage. The inspector popped the piece back in and said it was fixed. I, knowing nothing about cars, assumed they knew what they were doing and it was in fact fixed. I also figured since they say their work is lifetime guaranteed that I could bring it back if there were any more issues with the seat. I never adjust my seat to drive it. A month or so after getting my car fixed, my husband drove my car and when he moved the seat the back panel popped out again.This was in the middle of the holidays. I didn't have the time or the money (for a rental car) to deal with this during the holidays. Following that, in February, my 1 year old son with a terminal illness ended up in the PICU. So, finally in March i was able to get some time to have it looked it. We played phone tag for 2 months. They told me I had taken too much time and the insurance case was closed. I asked them to fix it based off of their warranty. They advised me that because this part was never included in the original estimate that they don't guarantee it. But, again, I was told during the inspection that it was fine and an easy fix and they just popped it back in place. This should have been included in the estimate. This should have been properly inspected and fixed correctly the first time. I don't even understand why someone didn't include it in the original estimate and then why they won't guarantee the fix. The gentleman I spoke with there was the one who did the inspection so he was fully aware that this piece was broken in the accident. Its really sad the way the handle their customer service. Its terrible that my attorney recommended them as an ethical business. read more

This guy gets your money $4800 then treats you like shit my ride looks like crap it don't look as nice as his cars do he told me my car would look like glass when it was done 6 months later ... I get fish eyes, crows foot, (cracks in the clear coat) and orange peel, and was told by the owner I don't know what I'm looking at or talking about .... I repaired gel coats on hot tubs and restored old porcelain claw foot tubs and pedistool sinks for 8 years we used polyurethane and acrylic enamels to refinish these we also color sanded and polished them like you would a car, I know what I'm looking at ..... and it looks horrible!!! read more

Terrible, terrible service!! Absolutely do not recommend this body shop. I was in an accident, and while they fixed the major body damage, I received my car back with an exhaust leak, drips in the paint, oil on my leather seats and vinyl convertible top, an after market bumper, my door wasn't fixed correctly, they failed to put my spare tire back in my trunk, and to top it all off their presure washers pulled the seam on my convertible top apart, and then they told me I had to pay 250$ to get it fixed. They didn't even offer to pay for half of the damages, and it took over 4 months of me bringing my car back for them to fix everything. Poor workmanship and terrible customer service.
