The receptionist at crash champions clarified to my agent and made us aware that my car was notated a total loss by the person working on my car. Mind you, car is a 2019, drivable car. No air bags went off and they didn't have the decency to update me or contact me a week from repair to let me know. Took my car to another location for a second opinion.
