Second In my experience, this did not operate like a traditional body shop in fact he dose not have a repair shop AT ALL the repair work was being sublet to other shops around Dallas, with Collision Masters acting as the middleman. Before handing over your keys, demand to know exactly where your vehicle will be kept, who will actually repair it, and whether it will be moved between outside shops. I would never trust my vehicle with this operation again. Know where your car is actually going before you sign anything.
