If you love waiting for months to get your car fix this is the place for you. I will never again come back here nor would I recommend this place to anyone I know. I was really hoping for a better turn out but this is what I has come down to. I had never in the past had to have hail repair done so I went on a limb and decided to try this place out. I call to see if I needed an appointment but was told to just stop by because they were not that busy. I stoped by on a Thursday May at around 2pm. When I pulled into the parking lot and got out of the car this guy came over to me and started talking about my cars hail damage and introduced himself as the owner. I though he was just a random stranger who liked talking about hail damages on cars haha. I go inside and we talked about the process and timeline that would happen if I got my car repaired by them( I had a crack windshield and several dents). Caroll the receptionist helped me call my insurance to get the claim process started. Once we got off the phone and had a claim number to go by they asked me if I wanted to drop off the car with them that same day. I was not expecting to drop off my car that same day so I told them I would come back next week. I was in need of a rental and my insurance did not cover rentals so they offered me one of the company cars that they loan out to customers. They told me to come back Tuesday (after memorial day) to drop off the car and they would have a rental for me ready. Well Tuesday gets here, I got all the paperwork filled out, they already had my claim number along with the agent in charge of it. The secretary told me I was good to go but I told her they promised me a rental car we'll trust out the forgot! They gave another customer the last company car they had. The owner even came out and apologize blah blah blah. At that moment they told me they would get on the phone with a rental company and get me a rental. Well we tried 3 different company and were not able to get me a rental that day. Very disappointed that I had to go home and go back AGAIN to try to get my car fixed. The owner did mention that if I got a car rental under my name they would re-emburst me for it but after they 'forgot' they were gonna lend me their company car I could not take their word for it honestly. They had one chance to get it right and it all just went down hill after this. Later I had to go out of town for 2 weeks for family matters and would not need my car. I called ATS to let them know if I could drop off my car and I would not need a rental (thus saving them and me money). They said that would be 'plenty of time to get the repairs made'. I dropped off my car with them on Tuesday June 16 because I was leaving the next morning. I told the owner I would not have signal because I would be out of the country. At this point the insurance acclaimed had already stoped by my house to give me an estimate on the repair of the car. My insurance had already email me a copy of the estimate and they even notified me they had already sent me a check for the repairs. At this point it was all on the shop to follow through and get the job done. I get back in town on July 2 ,2 whole weeks have gone by since I dropped off my car after the storm hail repair. I call them and they don't have my car ready! According to the owner J.W they went over my car and gave an updated estimate on the repairs to my insurance a week after my car was dropped off at the shop. According to J.W , the owner, they send a copy to my insurance on Monday June22 and the whole week went by without a word back from them, then next week went by and according to JW they tried multiple times to get a hold of the insurance appraiser. So the whole 2 weeks I was gone my car just sat there because they could not put my paperwork through. Now, remember I filed my paperwork both with ATS and my I insurance and since that day in May it's been a month and a half that my paperwork was submitted! So it took a week for ATS to complete an estimate on how much my car would cost to repair, it took 2 weeks to get approved and it took a week to get repaired. When they finally called me JW said, yeah if you could pick up your car today it would be great " yeah and if you guys would have done a better job maybe I would have written a nicer review. When I asked him what time they closed today he said 'yeah but if you could pick it up before then that be great because I have plans this afternoon" ... yeah ok let me just drop everything I have a plan and go. The work itself looked it was rushed and in some parts, they sanded down my car's paint coat to get the dents out leaving the car looking worst. Honestly next time I get hail damage ill just leave it as is because in this case it ended up looking worst. Also one of my car ornaments from my car was missing! The carpet was dirty which makes me think they didn't bother cleaning after themselves. Dont go here yall. Just go somewhere else. read more

I requested a quote for dent repair for my car for a relatively small area of damage. The owner got back to me super quickly and actually said it would be more expensive for him to fix it, and if I was a DIYer, it would be cheaper to just replace the entire fender. His honesty and advice are what I look for from good businesses and it is refreshing to see someone who truly wants to offer the best service even if it means they don't make a buck off of it. These guys are amazing! Took my vehicle to get a quote, they said they could do the repairs and would pay my deductible ($500) and have the repairs taken care of with insurance, at first it seemed a bit too good to be true but I decided to drop it off the next day and started a claim. Throughout the process they did offer a rental vehicle and even a ride home if I had another vehicle. Overall the process took about a week, they sent pictures and estimates to my insurance and presto! At drop off, my vehicle had multiple visible dents on the hood, roof, , trunk area and the side panels. My car literally looks brand new from the dealership with not a single dent in it!!! They were able to take care of a few door dings too! Sydney, Justin and their technician are so amazing and very understanding!
