They worked diligently with my insurance agency. First, it took over 40 days to repair my car, which was far longer than I was originally led to expect. While the cosmetic work itself looks good, there were still issues with the vehicle that were never addressed. My alignment was not fixed, and I specifically mentioned a new noise that occurs when turning the steering wheel. Despite bringing it to their attention, nothing was done about it. Granted, I was informed they may not be able to do the alignment. However the noise from the wheel when I turn right? That needed to be addressed! What upset me the most was how I was treated by one of the employees. During our interaction, she repeatedly shushed me, spoke to me in an extremely rude and dismissive manner, and even put her hand in my face to try to stop me from talking. I've never experienced that level of disrespect from customer service before. I understand that difficult conversations happen, but there is no excuse for treating customers that way. Insurance paid for this repair, so I don't have a comment abt the value. However, for over $3,000 that insurance paid, I'd expect the problems to be fixed. The only positive thing I can say is that the visible repair work on the car looks good. Unfortunately, the poor communication, unresolved issues, and unprofessional behavior overshadowed that. I would not choose this location again based on my experience, nor would I recommend my friends or family go to this location. In fact, I'd highly discourage it due to the above mentioned issues.

Caliber had our vehicle from 6/3 to 8/13. The repair was extensive and there was about a week delay…read moredue to supplement disputes with the insurance company but even with this being said, the vehicle sat untouched MUCH longer than it took to repair. When we finally got the vehicle back, we expected a quality repair just the same as we've received from other Caliber locations nationwide. Instead, there were MANY notable workmanship issues due lack of care and professionalism during the repair. Gouges in trim pieces from wrong tools being used in disassembly, missing pieces and screws because the crew misplaced them and just decided to leave them off, chips in a brand new hood due to mishandling and a broken tonneau cover that that was not broken when the vehicle entered the shop. The shop has agreed to repair everything except the tonneau cover they have admitted to damaging. They say they won't replace it because it had pre-existing cosmetic issues. Instead of Caliber taking accountability for their mistake and replacing the tonneau cover, they made up a story saying they couldn't help but damage it because of a stripped screw. This is a lie because the cover is secured to the vehicle with a hand tightened knob that Caliber broke when they removed it for the repair. We've had the vehicle back for almost 3 weeks now and the only resolution Caliber has offered for the tonneau cover is for us to file a new claim and they'd pay the deductible since there was cosmetic damage to the cover when it came into the shop. That is unacceptable. To top it all off, Caliber didn't even have the courtesy to wash the vehicle before returning it to us after a $10k+ repair. I can't help but think they skipped the wash because everything in the bed would have gotten wet because of the now damaged tonneau cover. We've had the car back for nearly a month, still waiting for Caliber to fix what they messed up during the repair and to pay for the tonneau cover they damaged.

When I went to pick my vehicle up I specifically asked the office Manager were all the damaged part replaced with NEW parts & Office Mngr replied " YES, of course"...we walked out onto the repair lot I inspected my vehicle & found 7 areas that were very unprofessionally repaired & 3 parts were old/ reused or improperly installed parts. The Off. Manager agreed my findings were valid/ terrible & should have been new & professionally applied. However, he said the body shop manager & he himself looked over the vehicle before calling me for pick & to pay my insurance deductible. Sadly neither guy did the final inspection or felt the shotty job done would be acceptable to me. I asked the off. manager, are SURE you & the body shop manager looked at my vehicle? He said yes before your arrival but I see he missed alot of details that need attention. I was informed to take the vehicle the Body Shop Mngr will call me to bring my vehicle BACK. I took the vehicle back nearly two weeks later because I left town on business & they didn't have an open appt b4 I left town. Now....its going on another 2 weeks my vehicle has been back in their body shop. The loaner car they provided is old has no USB charging port, no Bluetooth for hands free while driving, the drivers door I have to kick open from the inside because it sticks badly & the tires are so worn the car slips & slides going 35-40 mph. I'm praying they'll rent me a much more safe car from Enterprise Leasing. This has been a terrible experience. SMH!

They broke the clips on the bumper so there was a noticeable gap on the passenger side grill and agreed to put another on there. I've dropped the vehicle off twice supposedly they ordered a new bumper from Weber Chevrolet which they got from the junk park they the same existing bumper on and put a dirty ass bumper on my back seat which is white instead of putting in the trunk. I still have the exact gap in my bumper. This is the worst place you can ever take your vehicle I wouldn't recommend no one the there this definitely a 1 star place

The paint isn't color matched to the back panel The interior still has bits of glass in the carpet and seats from the broken window so it was not properly cleaned. There is black tape residue still on the paint above the fixed window. This car was brand new in May 25. Had no scratches or swirls in the paint because I hand wash and detail my own car. caliber put my car through an auto wash multiple times from the amount of scratches and swirls over the entire SUV. I will never bring a car to them again and will never recommend this company. In fact I will actively be discouraging anyone I can from using Caliber
