I've been to EBG with repairs on 2 different cars and was highly satisfied each time. This time, they were able to get me in faster than another area body shop, and completed the job (bumper replacement) in 2 days. They even buffed out some scratches from unrelated incidents. Although they normally work directly with an insurance company, in this case, I was given a check by the insurance company. EGB's estimate was a little less than the insurance company estimate, and the cost didn't go up during the repair; so that money went into the bank. This place is a AAA approved or suggested vendor for insurance repairs and thats how I got connected up wit them. It's a big place with lots of service writters and seems to be a serious operation. The repair was done well enough (they replaced a bumper on my Nissan after I got rear ended), no issues there, but there was some serious issues with paper work and from my viewpoint, problems with how the office staff processed my insurance paper work. It ended up with me being charged $500 that I did not expect to pay. In the end, I got a check for the $500 and a note passing the buck from EBG. My advice, if you use this shop, check the figures on your bill carefully and do a lot of communicating with your insurance adjuster before you show up to pick up your car. IMHO, the office staff here is sloppy with paperwork. read more

This is something I have to write. Three years ago my car had a small accident and I brought the car to this place to do the body work. At that time I could not tell any problem after I got my car back, and thought they are a reliable body shop for the price and service. After being relocated to CA, I was intended to sell the car to Beepi.com. The technician from Beepi inspected the car and told me there was some problem with the bumper and it was not aligned appropriately. "It is really a cheap and fast work". He said. It will cost a lot to just take off the bumper and realign, so Beepi refuse to buy my car. It is a shame to choose this place which caused me a lot of trouble on selling my car. read more

The people here are so friendly. It is a family business where they treat you as if you were part of their own family. They are fast and efficient with the repairs and they are in depth in their analysis of the damage. They are very friendly on the phone and in person and they are very accommodating to your schedule for drop off and pick up of your vehicle. Best part is that they wash your car after the repairs and it looks beautiful. We've had to use them twice in two months because the drivers in St. Louis aren't that great and we got hit twice. They communicated with me and gave me all the options I had, as well as handling all communication with my insurance. Upon walking in there were three men working on computers and not one of them acknowledged us. We were here for an estimate and the fact that we were even there seemed to annoy them. Left overspray on my windshield. Didn't realize it right away, but when I cleaned it off it ruined my windshield- scratched beyond repair. Now State Farm will not fix it, EBG claims no responsibility, and I'm stuck with a huge repair bill for an accident that was not my fault in the first place. No one would work with me, so now I have a $63,000.00 2016 vehicle that is damaged goods. Also, they messed up the side door and the camera alignment, which the dealer repaired under warranty, but was still something I had to take time and trouble to fix elsewhere. read more

The staff at EBG were incredibly helpful when I took my car in for a front bumper replacement and they gave me a reasonable quote. They were a little bit backed up with their scheduling and had to order a extra parts so I drove around with a dinged up car for a week and a half or so. Once I took the car in, they were quick with the repair and did an excellent job. My car looks good as new! Hopefully, I won't have to go back anytime soon but if I do, I will absolutely take my car to these guys again! read more

Is it possible to give a 1/2 star rating? The repairs to my bumper were not done well. Repaired parts were literally falling off the car as we drove down the interstate the day after pick up. I asked EBG to fix it and they claimed that I had damaged the car again- the exact same damage to the exact same place on the car! I took pictures of the damage on the side of the highway and fought with them for weeks. My insurance company finally pressured them into permanent repairs. I will never go here again. read more

EBG did an excellent job on my SUV repair and matching a 3 layer paint color was perfect. MY BF had his door with mirror repaired and painted which looked good, however later we realized that the repaired mirror was painted to match car color while the other mirror was black, the repaired mirror should have matched the other mirror not the car color. They were friendly and did nice follow-up, so I would recommend them, also my car was very clean when I picked it up which was much appreciated. read more

I've used EBG Collision Center 5 or 6 times over the past 25 years (most recently 1 month ago) for various fender-benders, a T-bone collision and major front end damage. I have found them to be prompt, professional, and courteous. Their work is top-notch; the paint matched perfectly and replacement parts were all aligned correctly. No rattles. The vehicle was returned clean inside and out a day earlier than promised. I agree that the front office performance was slow, but I have never had billing/insurance complications or any unexpected charges. I am insured with AAA, so perhaps the process works differently with various insurance companies and their damage appraisal process. read more

In addition, they finally finished the job four days longer than they promised which cost me an additional $175 for the extra days of a rental car. When you have been repairing cars as long as they claim, they should know what they are getting into before they get into it. Brought my car in for repairs and the parts EBG replaced began FALLING OFF while driving on the highway! Brought it back to them, where they tried to convince my insurance company that I had caused new damage from hitting something. Round and round for a few days and the car was satisfactorily repaired. We were going to use this business to fix hail damage on our car. We had waited three weeks for an appointment only to get there to hear that the owner needed to talk to us because they could no longer do what HIS employees said they could do. Within a few sentences of our conversation, the owner was yelling at us, telling us that he has to assume our car could get repo'd, and telling us that even if we were the president of the United States he still wouldn't do the work.
