Last week I dropped a camping chair (from the garage overhead storage shelves) on the hood of our 2017 Subaru. It left a healthy dent and scratch. I wanted to avoid making an insurance claim and figured I'd give J.J. at Dent Viking the first shot at fixing it. My expectations were not high, as the dent was made by a sharp corner of the chair, which created a mini-crater on my otherwise nice car. I was hoping J.J. could make it look better and less noticeable. I got an appointment right away and J.J. told me he could make the hood look almost perfect again. J.J.'s repair exceeded my expectations, by far, and he returned the hood to perfect condition. He's a skilled professional, a very nice guy and I highly recommend his shop for affordable dent repair. I hit the side of my garage three days ago and he had it back the next day good as new. I had contacted eight other shops in Spokane area and was told that I would need to utilize insurance as this would need to be repainted and a door replacement costing upwards of $2000. Dent Viking was reasonably priced and there were no gimmicks on repair to paint he actually walked us through how German Cars have some of the strongest paint coats on the market. I rarely get online to write reviews because it's seldom that I'm completely satisfied with a product or service, but I felt like I needed to do my due diligence and spread the word about how great J.J. is. We had a pretty ugly dent on our SUV that was right above our driver's side rear tire; we initially had another company that had been recommended to us by an autobody shop come out and try to repair the damage, but all the guy was able to do was crack the paint where the dent was(making the damage to the vehicle all the more evident.) J.J. was not only able to get the dent out, but he was also able to fix it so that you no longer see any of the cracks in the paint. Seriously, I don't know how he does what he does but it's like he took a magic eraser to our car and it looks as good as new. It's really unfortunate to see the previous negative review on here, because he's such a nice guy and that was not our experience at all. Just prompt, courteous and efficient service. read more

Awhile ago my truck became the target for a suicidal deer. The deer ultimately survived however I was left with a sizable dent above my gas tank lid on the bed of my truck. I also had two smaller dents on the left rear passenger door and the door frame. I took my truck to a body shop to see if they could simply pop the dent out. They said it was impossible and I got a ballpark quote for over $3,000. I really didn't want to turn this into an insurance claim. Weeks later I had a contractor out to my house for other work and he noticed the dent. He told me about his great experience with Dent Viking. He described the process and that it was a fraction of what a full body shop would charge. I know full well that all dents are not equal and can't be fixed the same way. I decided to give Dent Viking a shot. I showed up one morning unannounced. J.J. came out to look at my truck. He took several photos and videos of my truck. He used special tools to help him see the extent of the damage. He promised to have a quote prepared by end of day. He did just that. I received a quote by email. I was pleasantly surprised how much less it was compared to the body shop. I was able to accept the quote online and set an appointment for repair online. On the scheduled day, I dropped off my truck. J.J. Sent a status update and photos mid day. He called later to let me know my truck was done. He admitted it wasn't perfect. I looked at it looked perfect to me. It was nighttime when I picked up my truck, so I inspected it the following day in the daylight. I really struggled to find any imperfection. It's one of those "you have to be at the right angle" to see anything. I'm 100% satisfied. I saved a bunch of money. I didn't have to deal with an insurance claim. J.J. Is a master at his craft. He is truly a professional in dent repair and how he runs his business and treats his customers. read more
