I used this company when I moved to CT from NJ. I wanted to use these guys because they are a…read morefamily-owned company, but then it turned out that they also had the best price on my windshield. They returned my call the same day, were fast and did a great job. They replaced a windshield that had been installed by a fly-by-night company a month before in NJ. The fly-by-night company's windshield literally cracked the day after it was installed. It was a stress fracture caused by a faulty installation. Auto Glass Dynamics showed me how the previous company did not use any rubber buffers on the glass edge and that was why it cracked. They also showed me how thin the windshield glass was compared to the one they were installing. The old company also did not put in any water sealant or primer. Auto Glass Dynamics did both and my windshield has been great ever since. I will never again use one of those mobile places that have no address but only a phone number and work out of a van only. I ended up having to do the job twice. I wish I had gone to Auto Glass Dynamics first. Great guys, great customer service and quality. I am totally satisfied with the price, workmanship and customer service.

They person came tot the house late, after some time said he could not do the calibration. I was told it was too sunny. I suggested a shaded area and was told I needed to come in. Scheduled appointment for 8:00 am, was sent a confirmation. Showed up at 8:00 and no one was there to help be until 9:00. I don't appreciate the lack of respect of my time. Insurance set up initial appointment and will provide feedback on wasted time.

They were courteous, respectful, very quick and thorough. They repaired my Subaru, worked with the insurance company ( the value of the quote) and made it look as if nothing had happened to it. They even detailed inside of my car and replaced the cover on the driver side seat that I told them that would pay out of pocket for because it was not part of the accident but they fixed it anyways with no charge. But one fine day out of the blue we noticed a crack in the windshield of our 2015 Subaru. It looked like an impact from a pebble that spread diagonally upward about a foot long. We called our insurance company on May 1, confirmed our glass coverage, and were offered the option to choose our own repair vendor or go through them and their relationship with Safelite. We chose the latter and were scheduled for the windshield replacement on May 7. After that, communication was never a problem with Safelite. They contacted us through seven e-mails and twelve texts with (imbedded document links) over the next ten days. The communications covered appointment confirmations, confirmation requests, reminders, one appointment change, completion notification, bill review, and a certificate of re-calibration for the windshield related electronics, cameras, etc. We dropped the car off on May 11 and were given the option to hang out in their K-Cup equipped waiting room or come back later. The estimated time period for the work was 2-3 hours. We decided to leave the car and went to lunch at Parkville Market. About an hour later, they texted us and said the work was completed. Our technician, Benjamin, was professional, helpful, and friendly. Safelite took good care of us.
