Then, I noticed what looked like peeling on the hood and front of the car. The Toyota-applied clear coat was coming off , My car was starting to look so bad. A few people gave me names of local auto body shops No one wanted to touch my car because I had not been in an auto accident!! They explained their reasons to me, which of course, were all about money and insurance claims. I was, of course, going to pay for any work but, shame on me, I did not have an accident. Just wanted to fix to the clear coat and have effected areas of my car re-painted. Finally, I was given the name Brothers auto body in Cromwell. Problem solved! My car was beautifully repainted and new clear coat applied. It looks spectacular! No hesitation to give me a reasonable quote, no rejection because I did not have an accident. Just kind, professional treatment from all at Brothers. Special thanks to Sarah, Jacob and Brian for making this whole process run so smoothly. My Corolla carries with it some very special memories from the past. I will always do what I can to keep it running and looking as good as I can.

After having the truck for 2.5 weeks we picked it up after being told "the truck is safe, I would let my kids drive it". No sooner did we drive TWO MINUTES down the road the truck broke down. This was right after my son paid $1700 to have fixed. Called the shop and Ruben didn't care anymore he got his money. The other owner came and pulled the truck back to the shop. Long story short after two more times we took the truck . Halfway home the engine light was back on and the truck was leaking oil and tranny fluid. Brought it to the shop and they couldn't believe the work. Wrong radiator was used so they put connectors. They were leaking. The brake line was wrong and the list goes on. THE BIGGES THING.... THE WELDING WAS COMPLETELY UNSAFE. IF MY SON HIT 3 LARGE BUMPS THE TRUCK WOULD HAVE FALLEN APART! we kept them posted and they asked for a receipt. No problem. It was provided and that was it....they have ignored us. We posted a Google review and they deleted it. They are awful! We are now going to take them to smalls claims court and are reporting them to DMV AND the department of consu.er protection. DONT DO BUSINESS. HERE.

They provide auto services for commercial vehicles as well as all makes and models. The services provided are, frame realignment, auto painting, glass repair, paintless dent repair, wheel alignment, RV repair, commercial auto body repair, and collision services. Unfortunately, we were in a fender bender and needed our vehicle repaired. I can't comment on pricing because we went through our insurance. From the day we dropped off the car to the day it was finished, it was 13 days total. They mentioned it could take up to a month because they had to wait for parts from the manufacturer, so this was pretty good. Also, they would send us daily texts with updates on our vehicle. Dropping off and picking up the vehicle was easy. Most of the people working there were cordial. The parking lot was spacious; it was easy to get in and out of; it is in a convenient location. The repairs that were done on our vehicle was good. Overall, a good body shop to get auto body repairs, especially if your insurance covers it.

I was totally impressed with the quality of workmanship afforded my daughter's Honda, so I didn't think twice about taking my Toyota there. Melissa and Mike were professional and it was apparent from the start that these folks knew their "stuff". Because both were insurance claims, these people arranged for rentals to be picked up at the shop, and because there were "issues" with the estimates, they contacted the insurance adjuster. I did absolutely nothing, other than dropping the vehicles off and picking them up when the work had been expertly completed. Highly recommend them if you require QUALITY and TIMELY repairs.

I came in with a water leak in my drivers side floorboard. They were nice and professional but…read moredidn't solve my problem and charged me almost $800. It rained and I saw the leak wasn't fix so I called them back. He told me it was probably the residual water from the tests they ran but if I wanted, I could bring my car back in for him to check it out. A week after dropping it off I asked how much longer it would be and they hadn't even touched my car yet. At that point I needed my car to get to work so I picked it up and didn't have the time or money to bring it in for a third time. They never pulled up the carpet to see the source of the leak... But $800, multiple uber rides and stress later I still very much have a leak every time it rains. Turns out it wasn't the residual water!

These guys here do you a little better. Now I say, I say it's about 25% of the cost and 95% of the quality that you would get at the Hoffman's or other body work thieves so all in all this place ain't bad. They will turn your isht box and have you back on the road clunking around pretty quickly too. Place looks like it's from 1968 and nobody dusted since that time inside either so don't expect to hang out in the waiting room. No toilet.
