They will call you to remind you of your appointment and also use text messaging to communicate with you. Secondly, the office is clean, calming and all the equipment is new and state of the art. There is usually soothing background music playing and the office has a very welcoming feel. If you have more complex dental needs such as myself, you will appreciate that there is an excellent endodontist (Dr. Gabriela Dempaire) there as well. Dr. Ramirez is very thorough in explaining what we work needs to be done before and during your procedure. She is also very patient and gentle when working. I hate getting novacane shots and she almost makes them bearable. The hygienist is very patient as well and checks in with you constantly to ensure you are as comfortable as possible. As far as pricing and insurance goes, they accept many insurances and if you are uninsured, they will work with you on finding ways to make your treatments affordable and also accept Care Credit (you can apply through them if you desire to do so). This is not one of those offices where they try to up-sell you hundreds of dollars worth of treatments and products you don't need. They are pretty straightforward when it comes to recommending what you need if anything at all. I cannot say enough great things about the office, the doctors and the staff.
