Went to see the manager 3x and told that I had it for 1 1/2. Well, that's because I gave up and thought about how I felt robbed. I was recently told that if I had a cleaning six months from the date then maybe. I stated why would I have a cleaning done at a facility that gave me poor service. The partial was poor made, bendable and looked very cheap. Ideal did not even try to reason with me to at least give me back half of my money, knowing I was a past patient. With all the money they receive. i insurances claims and out of pocket spending like myself. Before they changed management they used a better factory that made partials with the silver wire unbendable. How do you do this to a senior on a fixed income. Pics

I had an appointment for a 6 month cleaning; arrived to be told that I was compelled to have some…read moreother cleaning treatment, more expensive of course, because of bone degredation issues. I had never heard of this and I had certainly exeperienced ZERO symptons. They refused to perfom a normal cleaning. I drove directly to another dentist (who naturally for any new patient does every conceivable XRay and photograph of the patient's mouth.) I told them nothing of the experience 20 minutes earlier, to avoid them potentially getting on the band wagon and continuing the ruse! The Hygenist completed the cleaning and complimented me on the state of my gums and I then mentioned the earlier experience and she just shook her head and said it was clearly a money making issue. My wife also had work done a few months back and had a few crowns fitted. At that time she complained about tooth ache on a crowned tooth which the dentist stated would disappear after a while. Needless to say, she had to return and they had to perfom a root canal under the crowned tooth; double the time and definitley more expensive. There's no doubt this needed to be done before the crown was fitted. After these expereinces, I wouldn't recommend anyone to the practice.

I had to threaten legal action to get a response from the office, and on two separate occasions, I never received a callback. Also left voicemails with no response. This has been an incredibly traumatic experience for my family. My daughter is still in the hospital and requires ongoing care, and it could have been prevented with proper communication and timely care. I strongly urge others to be cautious about choosing this clinic. If you decide to proceed with care here, please be sure to follow up thoroughly and advocate for your child. My recovery process was very smooth and I experienced little to no pain during my recovery. I was in and out on surgery day and the procedure took less than 30minutes. His DA's did an amazing job at making me feel comfortable before hand, and after surgery my prescriptions were ready to pick up at my pharmacy, I would recommend coming here for extractions to anyone. I doesn't hours on Yelp resting reviews looking at different dentist in Columbia, Charleston and Charlotte. I'm beyond thankful i came across this office which had all good reviews so we scheduled an appointment and they got him on immediately. Our office experience was being amazing everyone was super hospitable, knowledgeable and acted with genuine care from the dental assistant , office manager Lauri and Doctor Marshall himself! They have taken such great care to alleviate the pain he was in and create a care plan to help improve both of our oral health. If you are in our near Charlotte search for a dentist choose this office. They will not disappoint!
