I got new dental insurance and called to schedule an appt and they asked for my insurance info so they can verify if I can go there. They called back and said it was all good to go. After a cleaning and X ray for my wife and I we got a letter saying from my insurance saying the services where denied. After calling back to the dentist to say what happened they blamed it all on the insurance saying it was there fault. After filing three claims with my insurance I never heard anything. Fast forward three years later I get a letter and paper worked served to me saying I now owe 988 dollars or I will be sued. Not some of this is my fault but when the staff says they check and I am covered when they really didn't verify and the insurance says they have no recording of it I get really upset. Really wish it could of been different.

Unfortunately, the doc wasn't there but one of the other dental techs was there. Let's call her K. Unreal. I'm so many ways. If how K operated is any indication of how Dr. C is.....which I know it is because I have had family come here....then this place is a no brainer to go to for dental work. I want to say that I addressed my hesitations regarding dental work....specifically, a contraption called...the Cavitron. For those who don't know, the Cavitron version 1 alpha was designed specifically for inducing unbearable and unimaginable pain for which you will be permanently scared for the rest of your life. So much so...even hearing the word Cavitron takes you back to the seat and reliving the trauma. I told K my experience and she reassured me that the old model is bad, she's going to use the newer model but will do some fine tuning work manually so as not to take me back to a bad place. She was amazing. I had to tell K at the end of my session how masterful she was and also that she provided me with much closure from my past. K spoke highly of the dentist as well as what they do there. Don't believe me? Call and try to make a new patient appointment. I had to wait 6 months.....there is a reason for that. This place is top notch. Rarely does it happen where I have one experience completely dispel my fear as well as define an establishment based on limited exposure. This is that place. I just know it. What a amazing experience. I made my 6 month follow up before leaving and I intend to go. Again, if you want a fantastic experience and a place that knows what they are doing for dental work and are not afraid to go above and beyond to make it a good experience for you....this is the place. That all being said, I can't tell you what a wonderful experience I had here. Wonderful is a stretch as I had a tooth extracted so not too much fun. I know things are a bit different as we are in the COVID times but I entered the building, filled out reasonable paperwork and was taken directly back. Didn't weight long for Dr. Nielsen. She went over all my options, was completely transparent with her treatment plan and cost. She built customer trust right away. Her overall concern seemed to be my overall welfare while in her seat. The office staff and dental assistants were super friendly, professional, helpful and while the actual treatment wasn't fun, her approach and bedside manner really won me over. Take note that I'm not an "Easy A" so you speak. Details: not a lot of close parking, right on Main Street, also accepts Delta Dental of WA I couldn't recommend this place more for future dental needs.

One of the biggest issues is that it appears one dentist is trying to treat three patients at the same time. Patients are left waiting in treatment rooms while the dentist moves from one patient to another, resulting in extremely long delays and a frustrating experience. On a previous visit, my wife was left sitting in the dental chair with her mouth open for about 30 minutes while the dentist left to see other patients before finishing the procedure. Today, we are once again waiting over an hour past our appointment time with little communication or explanation. To make matters worse, the fillings that were recently done are still causing pain and sensitivity when eating or drinking cold beverages, which is the reason we came back for this appointment in the first place. We understand that dental offices can get busy, but repeatedly overbooking patients, making them wait excessive amounts of time, and rushing between multiple patients is not acceptable. Patients deserve timely care and proper attention. Based on our repeated experiences, I cannot recommend this clinic.

I went over 15 years without going to a dentist due to fear after a bad experience with oral surgery. Last year I broke my tooth and had to go. I called Sunrise because they were the closest. They were busy but I was in pain so they said "just come now". Everyone was so kind and accommodating and they fixed me up right there. Over the next year they got my oral health all back on track after my 15 year break. Yesterday I had the oral surgery that was started 15 years ago finished. I had so much anxiety going into this that I almost canceled a few times. It actually ended up being a good experience. They were quick. They were kind. I experienced no pain and 24 hours later my recovery is going very well. It even cost less than the estimate when I went to pay, because according to the receptionist it was easier than they expected and had quoted. This office is kind, honest and highly skilled in what they do.

My account has never been past due and payments have been made every single month. The reason I was concerned was because you guys were pulling the payment on your own time which was not authorized. If you take a look at the " financial agreement" I had crossed off my credit card information for privacy, it says that the payment is my responsibility. There is nothing on there that says you have the right to automatically debit any financial account due to nonpayment. After having my lawyer review this document as well they agreed that you do not have any written authorization and no authorization to debit my debit card as you mentioned, you guys had made an exception on your own will, and no further documentation or papers were provided. Because my office experience was so negative, it did take months to reach out. But that is also because my first few payments were made by myself manually where the other couple I noticed you were pulling unlawfully. Trying to make more seem like I'm angry in debt is extremely wrong. Any further responses negative from this office I do have legal rights to fight this, but it is just not worth my time as I do all the balance and I have no issue with paying. All of this could've been avoided if the office wanted to admit that they did not have signed authorization, but you have been so distasteful that this is now the route we're going. Aside from having a lawyer I've worked at financial institutions for the last 10 years and I know what an authorized automatic debit form should look like legally. This office is shady and they are horrible. And I will not be removing any post. Notice how my concerns with the roughness of the dentist have not been addressed at all. I had two kids get their wisdom teeth removed within three days of each other at different locations. One at Molen and one somewhere else. Both kids have the exact same insurances. The one at Molen had $700 out of pocket. The other kid had $0 out of pocket. They made me pay my portion upfront and then billed additional charges four months later in a past due invoice. I'll never return here.
